I have a paid collection on my credit report showing "Failure to Pay" (FP) for January and February of 2013. The original account is from a Continental Finance credit card that I have no knowledge of nor is it showing on my credit report. After I was alerted by Experian, I immediately contacted CKS Financial, the collection agency, argued for hours and got nowhere, and ended up paying the account off which was a couple hundred dollars. It was just In exchange, they sent me a paid off letter which is below. They would not remove the account from the . How can I get this removed from my credit report? My score dropped 94 points because of this... Its only showing on Experian. Below is the letter that I have, signed and on CKS Financial's letterhead. Thanks!
