  1. Cach is reporting an old debt on my CR and I am currently in the process of writing a TX DV letter as I am a resident here. My question is about the bonding company section in the letter. Cach, per the TXSoS site, does not have an active bond anymore; however, square two financial, the parent company, does. Would you include the fact that Cach, LLC is in violation because they are the ones reporting and don't have the active surety bond, or should I just include it as Square two financial and send their active bond company a copy? Thanks.
  2. Cach has recently validated a debt, with some recent charge statements and the bill of sale. At this point I think they would have a pretty good case if I was sued. The amount is pretty high, 21k. I might be able to pull enough for a 25% lump sum, but within the next two months. They will likely not accept 25%, but I hear it is a good start. Any advice on getting them to hold onto this without suing, at least for the next two months?
