  2. Hello, everyone! My name is Jay and I'm in debt. I'm fairly young (21) and have messed up my credit. I have maxed out a few credit cards and have defaulted on the payments for a few months. I get calls from creditors every day and frequent letters as well. The biggest problem is that I am unemployed, in school, and actively looking for a job. In the meantime, is there anyway I can write my creditors a letter or something like that to try and fix my credit score? I cannot even make monthly payments on my cards but would like to fix this matter. Can someone offer me some positive advice? What do i do? -Jay
