    Hello All, I have a serious problem with Equable Ascent Financial,. The problem is Equable took me to court back in April of 2012, and the case was dismissed by the court, because they were unable to prove the debt belong to me. The lawyer for Equable assured me that all negative thread line will be removed within a few weeks. Its now 2013, and Equable is report a negative thead line on my credit report. How can I go about addressing this matter, and have the negative thread line stop/removed from my credit report; being that the case was dismissed by the NYC judgement court. Any information will be greatly appreciated.
