  4. I have a friend that is trying to get a car loan but everyone is requiring a cosigner. I do not know his scores but I am assuming he has no established credit (no credit cards or anything). Is there any banks that will give him a car loan and not require a cosigner. Thanks
  5. Can I use a canadian bank for a house in the US?
  6. I have a mid score of 660 and recently purchased a house and put 19,000 down. I have two mortgages, the first one has a pre-payment penalty and the second has a high interest rate. I am looking to either refi the second one and pull my 19,000 into it or just get a HELOC for 19,000, which ever is easiest. Does anyone have any suggestions?
  7. I asked about re-financing my car that I already own. Do you have any suggestions for banks to use or if I give you my information do you think you could set something up for me. Thanks.
  8. I recently bought a car and paid in full. However I would like to have the car financed so I can get my cash back. Is this possible and if so how does the bank decide how much to loan me? Thanks
  9. I have a friend that applied for it in Florida and they pulled EXP. One good thing though is they let him apply for both a credit card and the LOC at the same time with only one pull. He was approved for the CC but not the LOC (said his length of credit history was too short, I think it is only 4 or 5 years old, I believe his score was around 700). I hope this helps
  10. I found this last week and when I faxed in the app it wouldn't go through. I called Key and they transfered me to a citi rep. He said he has never heard of Key. Maybe it is a new citi card and the rep didn't know but I never got my app processed.
  11. I have a collection account with MJ Altman Companies in Florida. I have sent them a pay for delete letter with no response. Has anyone dealt with them before and if so what was your experience?
  12. You can get three of the citibusiness cards, in the last couple weeks I have been approved for citibusiness platinum select $5k, AAdvantage $10, Premier Pass $10k, and HD MC $9k. Thanks for the great find.
  13. NativeSun- Did you apply for the citibusiness mastercard as well, if so what limit did you get on that one?
  14. MNM....ok that makes me feel better, I just don't want people pointing out potential loopholes to credit card companies. Thanks
  15. just got an instant approval for $5,000, I don't have any hard inqs showing up either. My ficos are EQ 607 TU 621 EXP 563. Also on a side note, I am not trying to get you mad MNM and I don't know how the other members feel about this but I don't think it is neccessary to call credit card companies to verify information you are receiving on this board. If you aren't sure on the validity of the post wait a couple of days and see if someone proves it wrong. What if everyone is getting approved on accident and you just pointed out the problem to the credit card company, you might ruin it for everyone else. I know I will be pissed if my approval gets taken back. I have been reading this board for months now and feel that pretty much everything is valid especially when it is posted by someone that has been around for a while.
