  1. Thanks, yeah it was lower than I expected too. We tried my wife’s credit first and they came back with 13.94%, her scores were mid 500’s. They used my Experian and mine was 618. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  2. Just wanted to update my experience for others. We were able to get financing through Audi Financial for 9.69%, we ended up putting down 10k, but that wasn’t required we just wanted to lower the payment. We had the trustee approve the transaction in a day but I’m guessing that is because we are in a 100% payback plan. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  3. Thanks for the reply. We have the form but it needs all of the details like interest rate, total price, payment etc. before we can submit. Since we are replacing our attorney said we should be fine with the trustee as long as our payment is the same or less. If we get approval from the trustee do you see any issues getting financed?
  4. My wife and I are a little over a year into our CH13 plan, we are paying back 100%. We had a lease with Audi financial going in and it is ending in March. With the current car market, the 35k buyout is a great deal and we love the car. My scores are in the low 600’s and my wife’s are in the mid 500’s. Does anyone know if we will be able to get financing? We would be putting between 10-15k down.
  5. Mine was a decent hike too, 2.5 hours, but they were very friendly![emoji3] Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  6. I had pretty much the exact same thing happen. I ended up going to a branch, after three attempts to submit via email, to verify everything. Navy League is definitely a valid method so that won't be a problem. Within three days of my visit I had a membership, $21.5k rewards card and $15k CLOC. It's worth the hassle if you are rebuilding. 7. The general rule is if you are rebuilding, it is worth the incompetence and the abuse. I am definitely in the rebuilding stages and was hoping to add some of their products to help that effort. I am going to reapply tonight and should this one fail, bite the bullet and head over to a branch. Thanks for the advice! Received an email today saying they were reviewing my application and provided an app number. This is further than my first two attempts so hopefully this one goes through! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Still nothing for me, the email said it was in their security department and would take 3 to 5 days. I called today and the rep said to give it until Monday and call again. I am guessing that the security department is not where I want to be based on how quick others got in? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk I called again today as the last rep said I should if I still didn't hear from them. Once this rep found my application, he said he saw three separate applications (this is how many I have submitted so far, one of which I was told was lost), and he was going to look at the most recent. He then mentioned that I was joining through Navy League, to which I responded yes. He said that when they entered the information into their system they spelled my name wrong and this caused the security flag. I said that the last application I submitted was typed and shouldn't have had any misspellings. He said that he would try to resolve the issue with the security department. After being on hold for several minutes he came back and said there was a fraudulent address that was submitted and that was why it was flagged. I said there shouldn't have been any fraudulent address and that I submitted my license, ssn card, and a utility bill to verify identity. He said I had three options: 1. Visit a branch - this would be the quickest because they could verify my identity immediately. 2. Fill out form 82? A forgery form, but this would take several weeks to get to me. 3. Wait weeks for them to resolve the issue on their side because they are having a membership drive and it is very busy. He asked again if I was joining through Navy League San Diego and lived in NJ, "a country away"? I replied yes. I feel as if they are just giving the run around based on how I am trying to join through Navy League even through two reps have confirmed it is a valid method. I am going to try to visit a branch on Thursday to see if it actually works, if not I will just have a family member join an use their number as a sponsor... Just to close the loop on my experience. I ended up visiting the branch will all of the same paperwork last Monday. They saw that I was eligible through Navy League and the representative even knew without looking it up that it was through the merger. After about an hour at the branch, they said they couldn't open the account fully but were expediting it with member services and it would take 3 to 5 day. On day 3 I called and asked for status. They said they showed the account was opened just prior to my call and provided my access number. They said the welcome package was on the way, but I never received an email alert. With the account finally opened, I went home and registered online. Applied for the Cash Rewards card and was initially told I couldn't apply. Tried again a few hours later and received an instant approval for $21,500!

  9. Congratulations!! This gives me hope, I was just approved for the Marvel MC but they only gave me 1k. I tried the senior underwriter right away but was denied. I thought they would at least match my Amazon at 6k. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
