My business would like to trademark a marketing slogan. I was wondering if anyone here is familiar with the process. Should we attempt to do this ourselves or should we hire an attorney/professional? Approximately, how much should we budget for such service and how much time would the entire process take? TIA for any insights.

However, I've been watching them the following day for free at the above URL. I love it! It's a great show. I just wished CBS has the same thing for the Amazing Race... I've missed so much of the episodes because of football that I think I'll just wait for the DVDs. Sigh...

Anyone know where I can watch full episodes online? I've missed all of the episodes so far 'cause of Tivo scheduling conflicts...

Tony, I just got an invite, too! It sure looks cool! And, the terms are awesome! 0% BT for 16 months (until January 2008). 7.99% fixed thereafter. 5% cash back or travel rewards. No annual fee. Man, it would be my best biz card yet (even better than the Advanta). The only thing I found about the issuer is a company called Val Corporation. I've never heard of it. In the past month, I've been getting sooooo many invites from BOA/MBNA. Starting from Johns Hopkins card, AAA card, Redskins card, Gold Points, BOA Amex... I can't remember them all... I have had a 15K platinum since 2001 (used to be Fleet). I'm getting the itch to apply as most have an attractive intro BT. Has anyone else here been getting similar invites? If yes, my questions are: 1. How is BOA with these invites? Are they almost guaranteed approval? 50/50? Scores are all above 700, with TU as my best at 750-something. 2. Is there any limit to how many BOA-backed cards I can have? If yes, would this effect the CL they give you? 3. Any recommendation as to which of the offers I should reply first (i.e. which one's better than the rest)? For sure I will not apply for the Amex card. Amex can kiss my bumper! TIA.

BizDebt, Were those Pre-approvals liket Lorraine was referencing or did you just apply for them? Not exactly like Lorraine's experience... The LOC was a snail mail invite with a URL to apply. The CC was an invite when I logged out of my online account management. HTH...

Just wanted to contribute my experience so that not everyone would expect that BOA would not pull personal, BOA pulled EX for the Biz LOC and another one for the Biz CC, about a month apart. Both were hard pull. Scores around 710-something at both times. I'm in Maryland. PS. Congrats Lorraine!
