  1. And as far as mixing purchases and BT, it's fine, as long as you understand how payments are applied. Anything over the minimum will go to your highest interest items first (cash advances then purchased).

  9. Get your score up and reapply. It's not a blacklist, so if its maxed out, I wouldn't be concerned about a closed account. Pay it down and reapply.

  11. Navy won't usually CLD -unless a major happens. They will decline a reissue card at card expiration if your credit score has severely dropped and/or you have treated the account poorly.
