    Does age of judgement renew?

UPDATE: This item has been deleted [emoji1544] Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  3. I have my reports, just waiting for my report after my last dispute. I just check CK for any updates or any changes. But if this next report does show what is from CK as verified, I figure my next dispute will have to be inconsistent information provided as verified should make the item inaccurate. Right???
  4. So I just looked over my records it is true that they changed the date to the original date to when I first disputed. So you mean to tell me if I dispute the date of last payment, which they say was 02/2014, and they update the date to 05/2010 and say its verified, then I dispute again and they say it's verified, and then I dispute again and they update it back to 02/2014 and say its verified, that ok??? Someone please tell me this can't be right. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
  5. So right now I am dealing with Equifax on an old utility bill. At first I made a few disputes trying to get physical verification. All they did was say the account is verified and to contact... I then went through a statement and went through report. My next dispute was more specific on the "last payment made". They then update the date. I disputed again and they said its verified. I disputed again with proof I was already evicted from the property. I have not gotten the report yet from credit karma, I noticed they updated the date again, I have not checked my records yet but it looks like they just updated to the previous date it was changed from. So I ask is there a limit to the amount of times a specific item can be updated? Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk

    Does age of judgement renew?

Update.... I want to thank everyone for their input. After further research of my credit report, it shows "satisfied 11/2010" which is the same date judgment was filed, so this should be dropping off next year. I'm thinking I should be able to dispute as obsolete by May??? Or is that too early?? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Which would be the most benificial to credit score?

Ok, again correct me if I am wrong, but isn't interest charged daily? So you should still be able to save on interest if you make 1/4 payment of the min payment every week unit that debt is next on the snowball and still be able to accomplish much more by tackling those smaller debts... No??? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Which would be the most benificial to credit score?

I would use the snowball method and tackle the cards from smallest to the largest. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

    Does age of judgement renew?

Well, I'm in California... Still looking into this. I would rather dispute the status just to make sure. The judgement was from an eviction but from what I was told the management company went out of business... So I'm wondering is that why it is showing as satisfied??? Does age of judgement renew?

Satisfied judgements remain 7 years from the date paid. Wow, that's crazy. I never even paid anything. All I did was dispute it and they updated as satisfied... Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

    Does age of judgement renew?

I have a judgment on my Equifax that was due to drop off next year but the judgement was jus updated to satisfied, not sure how cause I did nothing with it. But does this mean I will have to wait another 7 years before it drops off my report? Thanks Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

    NFCU Secure rewards card

So I heard that this card graduates after 12 months and my date is coming up for having this card for 12 months... So can anyone tell me if this card graduates automatically and does the balance need to be PIF before the card graduate. Also are there any c edit pulls before it graduates. Thanks Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  13. Can a CRA open or start another dispute without my consent? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  14. Also dispute is not from an annual credit report Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  15. But the thing I don't get is if they say item was verified on the Nov 23 shouldn't the report reflect that and not update til Dec 3rd? Cause if they completed by the 23rd they are within 30 days, but why wait till Dec 3rd to update? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
