I have the Cash Rebate card and the Blue Cash Card. I believe Blue Cash has completely replaced the cash rebate card. Exactly same program, only it looks like Blue.
  3. I work for a particular insurance company whose name begins with "P", and basically, if they total the vehicle, generally you would get the full book value of the truck and trailer that is insured.
  4. Oh, they absolutely do use credit, at least in Ohio and they do it without telling you which I think is underhanded of them. Or least they didn't use to tell you. Maybe that's changed, it's been about a year since I called them last. Thanks for the clarification Breeze. This guy definitely didn't tell me about credit or I would have said no. I found out by pulling my report and seeing the inquiry there. I know at "P" the credit scripting is read on a voice message before you get to speak to a rep so everyone hears it.

  6. That may just be a "G" thing. As I work for "P", we haven't heard anything on this recently but I'll let you know if I do.
  7. Yes, you should be able to get at least 8.99%. I have the WorldCard which has a rate structure identical to Quantum and I have 8.99%.
  8. I currently have Blue and the Cash Rewards. There's a new card, the Blue Cash Rewards card that works just like the regular Cash Rewards card. Is it possible to convert my Cash Rewards card into the Blue Cash Rewards card? And if so, who do I need to talk to at Amex?
  9. Nope, doesn't come in a Mac version. But if you switch to Mac, I'd recommend Snak. [/url] I've been pricing some macs lately.. I really want one, but I have to get rid of this R9 Cap 1 account. I think MBNA is the bank they use....i think. What kind of apple do you have? Great on wanting to get a mac! I have an iBook, but really any Mac is a great place to start. I might recommend something inexpensive like an eMac or perhaps a low end iMac. Or if you want a laptop, go with an iBook. And yes, MBNA is who Apple uses.

  11. Got to love that e-file and direct deposit. I did the same thing and got my refund in about 10 days. The nice things was it was deposited the same day I got my 2002 bonus from work. I went shopping
  12. I'm so excited. I just had 2 inquiries fall off this week and it gave me a 20 point bump to my EQ score. . Sorry, I'm just excited LOL
  13. You know I have to agree. MBNA has some pretty decent offers, often around 1.7% for me, but that fee really ruins it. About 1 time a year I get checks in the mail that offer no fee transactions. If I don't have that, I don't do it.
  14. Wow, that is interesting. On a related note, Schweb, you think we've succeeded in converting anybody here to the Holy Land of Macintosh OS X? Doc You know Doc, I'm not sure. I think it will take some more deprogramming to get them out of the Gates Cult first ;-)
