  1. I sent a counter by mail to their settlement offer and have not received a reply. It has been over a month. How should I proceed?
  2. It was put on his credit report....date of 1st Delinquency is 2/2018...I remember it was before his JR season so that's about the time of service...I will have to research the EOB...I think I can log in and check...I do have an EOB for the date of service as 2/1/2019
  3. My son in college, playing baseball was injured and sent for an MRI. They used my insurance information. I never received a bill. I was expecting the school to cover the bill since the baseball coach and AD sent him for the MRI. Anyway, we recently pulled his credit file and its showing as a collection on his reports. I disputed as "not mine" but it came back as confirmed. How do I proceed???? contact the school 1st? Why Chat do I just follow your procedure?
  4. I have 1500 and looking under 10k...Is that too much...most everything the dealers have under10k is older with high miles and the banks wont touch it seems
  5. If you mean the vehicle that blew a head gasket it was paid for....The Santander issue is from a total loss accident about 5 years ago....
  6. not to hijack but I am in a similar situation...Bankruptcy about to fall off...Main issue is Santander with 2 charge off tradelines on the same vehicle....I have fought and fought them and even talked to the President and VP of Santander and no luck....anyway... head gasket blew in my 2000 explorer with 255k miles, no mechanic wants to really work on it due to age they same scrap it...Been to 2 dealerships with 1550 bucks in pocket and they cant seem to get me into any vehicle less than a 400 buck payment, which I cant afford, and I cant get any financing on a older cheaper vehicle....How do I deal with this...I am rural so no buses and too far to walk or bike to work....I am gonna have to go to a mom and pop dealership I guess right...
  7. Responses to your thread have probably tapered off because you stopped replying to questions and comments that were offered in response your original request for help, and your current path isn't recommended and is unlikely to make anything better (and could very well make things worse). There's really nothing else to do until the current activities with LL are either canceled or run their course. I answered all questions asked as far as I can tell...LL has been cancelled....So how do I proceed???
  8. does anyone have any thoughts on how to deal with this instead of just bashing Lexington law
  9. Lexington Law has gotten a lot done that I seem to not be able too...10 items removed that I tried to get removed...3 items left and 2 of those are the 2 Santander tradelines...So I am happy with my results with them...
  10. So if its reported incorrectly...I should be able to fix it...any ideas on how to proceed???
  11. I have disputed it as not mine, other with notes, pretty much anyway you can think...I even got lexington law working on it now....I have called and told the bureaus that this is the same account and its should be one tradeline, did BBB and AG complaints...all come back confirmed or Santander says account info is correct....I am under the impression that I should only have 1 tradeline with the balance owed.. and the reporting time frame should still be in effect from the original reporting...I actually did not pay as Santander said account was taken care of and I even got a letter shortly after the accident saying they have relinquished its claim etc....So I was under the impression I was good...then 2 years alter a new account pops up
  12. YES they are listed on all 3 bureaus...I do have paper copies....
