How long have you been building your business credit? The info to start still basically the same as when this thread started back in 2015? I’m starting from scratch..

Is it faster to call in and get addresses deleted? If so, does anyone have the number to equifax to talk to a live rep? -

1. She could try again. No reason for them to have blacklisted her unless she was trying to scam them the first time she joined. 2. Why wouldn't your mom's home address match her bank statement address? Are you saying she no longer lives at the same address she had when she joined Navy? Smells fishy. 1. On sis do you suggest retry new way and burn a few inquires or should she call again and find out why it was just completely turned down without reason? I'd just hate for her to flush 2 inq down the drain if they want even look at 2nd because she's had an access # given to her (mind you this was 2-3 yrs ago she got access # so not sure how long the keep files) Suppose she could call. But inquiries are no big deal. Besides, there's no way her old credit card is still alive so she will have to burn at least one inquiry for a credit card application. Thanks

The soft pull only works through online for Citi? Is it pretty guaranteed that it will be soft or do they do an occasional hard? I've had the citi for a year now and I think it's time to see if I can CLI . AFAIK, it's a hard if you call. Online, it all depends on the language when you make the request. It will clearly say they are going to pull a report if its going to be a hard. Try through your login first. If it says a report is needed, search for the Citi Soft Pull CLI Link thread. You can also call Citi and ask if you have a SP CLI available. Thnx for this info The soft pull only works through online for Citi?
