  1. I was away last week and came home to find my USAA macro worked fine for 5 days but got stymied by a security question so I missed a few days until I got home to manually pull. Has anyone found a work-around for those security questions that randomly pop up? I tried to disable the security questions and can't find a way to do it.
  2. Thanks as always Bob! And project B* is full speed ahead!
  3. Success with USAA!! I had to remove quotes, as Bob said, and check "run only when user is logged on" instead of "run whether user is logged on or not." YAY! One bad thing though, it's my 4th day of pulling and my EX score only has dropped 13 points!! I don't understand this at all--nothing has changed! No new credit applications or late payments, nothing! Anyone know why?
  4. Good to know! I was checking it before midnight and trying to order again after midnight and it wouldn't let me. Thanks Bob.
  5. I've just removed the quotation marks as I am using Vista SP1. I am wondering if I need to update my time--will USAA allow me to order a new report before exactly 24 hours has elapsed?
  6. Hmmm...I might try doing some cutting and pasting where ours are different. Thanks Bob.
  7. I can't get the macro to work with USAA. It gets up to the part where I enter my SS# and just stops. Here is the relevant part of the macro (with SS# Xed out) that refuses to run. Any ideas? 8. Yes, I'm using it to record USAA. I just changed "CCT" to "USAA" in the headers and left the forumulas alone. It works great! Excellent! Thanks very much for letting me know. Thanks of course to Manny too for sharing.
  9. I am using USAA only to pull daily. If I enter my USAA FAKOs into the CCT columns will the spreadsheet still work?
  10. I think the whole point of just one puller is to stay off the C* radar. You might be defeating that purpose and end up on the C* list by switching around. You also need to have the patience to wait up to 85 days with one puller. If you know you don't have that patience, you might as well get on the list and go with the cheap MPM trial and free Equifax Complete trial along with USAA-CCMP and maybe a dose of qwerty. But you'll need to time it right, and you will need to pull a new report every single day. For the perfect timing, sign up for MPM trial 2 weeks before the next estimated C* date, and sign up for the rest after the next C* is confirmed. Ah, I'm glad I asked! Thanks for the explanation. I can wait and will go the 85 day/1 puller route first. Fingers crossed!
  11. I'm going to try my hand at B* and will, as advised, begin with just one puller. Can I switch around every month to different pullers to take advantage of 30-day free trial periods? Might as well try the cheap way first is doable...
  12. I have been reading about B* and am ready to try it. I just wanted to confirm that I should begin with one credit monitoring service only for 85 days? When do people decide to add 3+ services? Is that resorted to only after C* has occurred?
  13. My company has provided me with a year of credit monitoring with Protect My ID, by EXPERIAN. (www.protectmyID.com) Can I use this service for B*? I am just starting out with B* activities. Thanks for the help! OOPS--wrong info in the title, sorry! The service is from EX, NOT EQ.
  14. I'm just trying to begin my B* odyssey. I have been reading the FAQs, but cannot find information on the best and cheapest moitoring sites to use for B*. Can anyone offer me pointers? Thanks for the automation instructions too. I'm looking forward to using them ASAP!
