  1. Wow. I hope for her sake she takes the kia. Kudos for helping her out. Good luck to her.
  2. Very nice. We finally moved in today. Man I'm beat. We still have to go to our apartment tomorrow for a final pick up of small items. Congrats man! I know the feeling.
  3. Congrats Jordan! Enjoy that new home. App spree for you?
  4. Yes this is true. I have a Bk7 that is 1 year old before I got married. My husband is a member through his job. You need at least a 610 credit score and they pull Equifax. Is the 610 score requirement for a secured card? Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk I was able to obtain a secured credit card by going to a small branch in Las Colinas. My score was lower than 610. I closed the account after 6 months though. And that branch relocated to the Envoy headquarter building now. Good luck. Let me know if you have any questions.

Damn. I now have 30 inquiries. Lol. Oh well. Time to lock all reports. Glad I went on my spree on the 31st. It was fun while it lasted.
  6. That is odd, I wonder why they did not approve you for the Barclays Wyndham card? That is on my short hotel rewards cards wishlist... Sent from my SM-G900T using Tapatalk well, something is not right for sure. just looked this morning on MPM and there was no pull from Barclays. Thinking I should reconn. On a side note as well, Capone pulled twice from TU but once on the others.
  7. Thanks Jordan! It took about 45 minutes. Maybe a little less. Funding and getting the all clear was about 3 hours. They said it was a very busy day. Good luck and wait for those keys to go on your app spree.Wait, so it took 3 hours after the 45 minutes to sign before you had keys?Yep. According to them it was a very busy day. Usually they say it's only about an hour to two at most. That sucks, I am set to close at 330, not sure they'll be there to finish it AL and I have the truck reserved for 5 lol Oh yeah. Too close. But my purchase was from a builder. It may be different from a private owner. Good luck and congrats.
