  1. Awesome. Thank you. I will read this tonight Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  2. Please tell me more about this private arbitration! I’ll gladly read more if you have links to info. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  3. Another scenario for the money I have on hand. Vehicle will be paid off in December finally. I owe 4300. Pay off now and have the $403/month to save? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  4. From my googlefu, I’m reading that I could find a lender for an fha loan with no overlays possibly. I’m not in the position to pay off all the collections. Close but not close enough. It looks like I should just carry of with cash, continue using and paying off in full my one and only lowly cap one card every month , and continue watching my credit score slowly creep back up. I’m currently sitting in the low 600’s. I just need to get out of this house I just rented 12 months from now. I’m too far from work to be happy with my commute. Everything close to work right now is for sale, not for rent. Besides, a mortgage payment on a new home is a few hundred a month cheaper. Ugh! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  5. That date turned out to be the last reported date. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  6. I have 6 charge off’s that report last payment around mid 2015. Most have gone to portfolio or midland for collection. Is it worth trying to pay these off at this point? I’m getting offers to pay half with removal from these collections agencies. I just moved to South Carolina. I’m beyond SOL of getting sued at this point. I might be able to come up with enough to pay, but a couple I might not be able to. Will these have any effect on my getting a FHA home loan a year from now? Credit scores are creeping up. I pretty much quit everything credit related since mid 2015 and I’ve been on cash only living since. However, rent is a killer, and one day soon I’ll need to seek out a decent car loan again. Just trying to find motivation to turn things around at this point. Life’s getting hard when it comes to rent vs buy a house, and the need for a reliable family vehicle soon. I’m lost, understanding this stuff hurts my head, I need things dumbed down. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  7. Bingo. Thank you for jump starting my brain. Yes, I owe Dell. I feel like an idiot now. I’m digging through old documents and have found it. Thank you Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  8. I have a collection from Portfolio Recovery that states I owe $2756 to them. The original creditor is CIT Online Bank. Opened August 25, 2017. I have absolutely no idea who CIT Online Bank is! I have not opened any new credit in over 2 years! I’m not sure what to do or where to start. Im in the process of paying off several collections and noticed this on my report. I’ve neglected my reports and these collections for a few years now. Medical issues and big bills from it has stopped me from paying various credit cards to survive. However, CIT Online Bank has never been in my life or heard of until now! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

  10. This looks like a great opportunity, but they don't have a workshop in or near Oklahoma City. Closest one is in Garland TX (we have family there). Makes me wonder if they operate in OK.
  11. Sounds like you need a Sugar Daddy or a Pimp
  12. TU has suddenly decided to block access to submitting disputes online or even viewing my credit report. Thanks TU

  14. So tired of renting. I have owned two houses in the past, but the last 7 years I have spent renting due to changing jobs every 3 years. With my recent relocation, I will have an opportunity at the end of the year to have my closing costs covered by the relocation company. This is a great opportunity, but there is no way I will have the funds to put down a down payment. Anyone offer 100% + loans anymore? Salary is 105k so I know I won't qualify for any special benefit due to my income being too high. Just hoping for some ideas if there are any. Currently residing in a $200k home we love and paying $1600/month rent. At that cost, I could buy this home on a 15 yr mortgage
  15. I just opened an account with DCU. A savings acct. where can I find this free Fico score after logging in to my acct?
