  6. Thanks for the advice....I was thinking about that as well. Maybe atleast a year with an older car, very Less expensive car, would serve more of a purpose. Thanks. Brandon
  7. Well I am moving back to the states (serving overseas) in may and I would like to buy a house, and a car. Since starting creditboards around AUG, i have raised my scores about 100 points on average, and since I always pay my bills on time, it should only get better. My scores are: TU = 685 EX= 648 EQ =636 This May, I will attempt to buy a New Toyota 4runner, which will cost my about $650-700 a month (Fees, Payment, Insurance), then within 6 months I would like to buy my first house using the VALOAN for around $160,000, so thats about $1500 a month (mort., fees, isurance, Utils), which takes me to around $2200 a month for just my Car + House. I bring home about $4500 a month NET. Can I pull this off, or am I asking way to much? Thanks....not looking for sugar coated dreams......just the truth. Brandon
  8. Well upon futher review, 1 account (installment - Paid- Never Late) that wasnt reporting in the past appeared, but other then that just the 2 Inq's
  9. Well, just to add more knowledge to the FICO understanding, my score has jumped from 578 to 647 and the only thing that has changed at all is (2) Inq's fell due to *B's Im assuming.
  10. I will be arriving in Great Lakes for a 3.5 year tour on June 13, 2008
  11. Well that seems better for me. I always assumed I would get some Outrages Interest Rate, at like 10%. How early should I start trying to get pre-approved?
  12. No, I had collections that would hit me with Charge offs every month, I had duplicate account, I have since either paid them off or got rid of most. Looking at my report, an Under writer would see everyone had got there money. I think that is good. If Va is score driven then what would my rate be based on?
  13. I am 25 years old, In the Navy and will be stationed in Great Lakes, IL for the next 4 years. I would like to buy a house, or Condo. My Credit scores are EQ-615, EP-615, TU-619. I have recently paid off all CO. My last late anything was 2 years ago. I have a judgment on my equifax that shows paid. I have provable income of $60-64,000 a year. I can put down some but would prefer not to. I was hoping to get a house in the $150-170,000 range. I have 5 months till I transfer, what can I do now. What advice do you have, and what lenders does anyone recommened? Oh yea...am I asking the right questions? V/R Brandon
  14. I didnt owe nearly as much but the BBB dispute is still pending and in the past week all 6 AFNI accounts have been deleted, from all 3 reports.
