  1. All PM'S for purchasing overweight women have been replied to. Price depends on location and weight desired. I was approved with 600-620's across all three bureaus with plenty of inq's so it's not overly hard to get. sent via tapatalk
  2. When I was rebuilding I did the shopping cart trick with commenity and went overboard. The feeling of being approved was like a drug. I ended up with five of them that night. Three of them are for overweight women which is funny bc my wife is 105 lbs. I literally have zero use for them. The only one that is remotely useful is Brylane home but I still don't use it. I can't complain though, they served their purpose. Just wish I only apped for two or three, not five. sent via tapatalk
  3. it's crazy how our chase experience differs so much. I had a chase CO and auto repo in '06. They approved me for an auto loan in 2012 and just approved me for a chase freedom with a decent limit. They have never brought up either the CO or repo. Makes no sense but hey, I'll take it. sent via tapatalk
  4. Perfect. The instant it is received, send dispute letter to CRA. Have it ready to go so you can send immediately.in my opinion I wouldn't advise this. If anything it may cause a delay. It seems like enhanced folds after pretty much every DV. I'd just send the DV and watch it fall off the report. sent via tapatalk
  5. they popped up on my reports during my mortgage process. I sent a DV immediately and they were gone from all three reports within a few days. sent via tapatalk
  6. Cavalry does NOT do pfd's, trust me. Don't send it, it's a waste of time. They'll either not respond or they'll treat it as a debt validation letter and send you a letter stating they have 60 days to investigate. With cavalry you want to send a DV for sure. You can send it the proper way via cmrr or you can email the DV to an executive which is what I did. Problem is their DV process can sometimes take the full 60 days. I applied for a mortgage during this time so I had to call them and pay it while it was in dispute. I then sent goodwill emails to executives but got no response. My last move was a BBB complaint. I attacked the errors they made reporting the tradeline and that worked. They sent a reply explaining how they were reporting accurately but in the interest of good customer service they requested the CRA's to delete the trade lines. So... 1 - send DV via cmrr or executive email 2 - wait it out. Cavalry WILL fold when they have no records. 3 - if they validate then go ahead and pay it. 4- after it's paid send some goodwill emails. These are known to work but didn't work for me. 5 - if no response then closely examine the reporting of your account and look for errors. File a BBB complaint in the state of New York. 6 - wait for results. They took two weeks to respond to me. Just an FYI I did plenty of research on them before I attacked this. Cavalry is tough but will delete if they have no records or if the account is paid in full. PM me if you want the executive emails addresses. FYI for anyone else that reads this, don't bother PM'ing me, I'm not on here often and won't respond to PM's. This info is easily found with a google search. sent via tapatalk
  7. Since you're so close to doing a mortgage pull id probably open a bbb dispute / cfpb complaint in addition to any letter you send. That'll get their attention. sent via tapatalk
  8. Check to see if you have any softs on Experian from Convergent. It may pop up again soon. Alrighty, will do. Thank you. sent via tapatalk
  9. ERC popped up on my reports about ten days ago. I daily pull so I noticed it the day it happened. I'm in the middle of a mortgage approval fwiw. I sent out a DV cmrrr priority mail the same day it popped up on my reports. Yesterday it dropped of experian and I'm sure the others will follow suit soon. I haven't heard from ERC yet. Seems like an easy deletion so far. I've read that they will send proper validation but will also state they are deleting the account from the CRA's. Odd. sent via tapatalk
  10. Personally, I believe this is the most important part. Just send the letters. My problem when I went through rebuilding was sitting here all day long and making game plans but not taking action. Now if something pops up I fire out a DV that day. I use the same basic DV every time. Some of the DV's I see people use are ridiculous. Simple and to the point is all you need. CA's don't get intimidated by long drawn out letters with all kinds of law talk and demands. sent via tapatalk
  11. I have MANY lates on student loans and it didn't stop me from climbing well into the 700's and getting approved for a conventional mortgage. Obviously they factor less with time. sent via tapatalk
  12. I started right around the same time as you as well. I'm actually in the preapproval process as well, supposed to hear something today. Middle score was 710 with two baddies left. Like you, my goal was FHA but now I'm going conventional. Congrats, it feels good. I've gotten three judgments and multiple collections and other BS removed. sent via tapatalk
  13. I was offered the upgrade today as well. I've had it for maybe 9 months. Was $850 limit, now $2000. sent via tapatalk
  14. +1, what I was thinking as well sent via tapatalk
  15. Only reason I registered there is to send PM'S to people that had success with CA's that I'm dealing with. For example, if I have a collection with cavalry portfolio I will google "cavalry success" or something along those lines. I'll read all I can about it no matter what forum it's on. With that said, I can't stand that place either. Lots of disputing via online, fax and phone over there.. Along with advice to pay CA's then goodwill after as previously mentioned in this post. I much prefer the proper "paper trail" disputing advice that is commonly given here. sent via Tapatalk
