  1. From my understanding the only thing that changes is the name, inc date stay the same, and ownership the same. I would call your state of incorporation and ask them this same question. This is one way people get shelf companies. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  2. I would have told him a business associate of mines referred me. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  3. Get your credit right in utilization, bad marks off, credit mix, and on time payments. If you take care of this your score would be good, and even better with age. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  4. I would still put in my EI N number just because it's a business and that number was designed to be used with your business when applying for those products or services, credit, etc. Even though you still have to use a pg, you want to apply and sign documents the right way. 5. Hey I believe you, some of us are willing to learn, so if there is anything you would like to share I'm all ears, because I don't know a lot things. Ignore the mess, and educate the rest. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  6. This seems like a sign of desperation, you almost maxed out on one card, and looking for a business card. If I was you I would pay down the balance,!and then look for a good business card with lower rates, and possibly a higher credit limit. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  7. I agree this is a red flag for the banks, and they cut it off quickly.
  8. Just dispute it with the Bureaus, this is what I did, and it was corrected. People say you can't do anything this is a lie. The only thing is it's business not personal which have laws to protect you. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  9. maybe for a female, but I got some nice clothes from there.? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  10. I got a similar call from some law firm sound fake. They are trying to collect on a old debt. They wanted my address didn't give it to them. I told them to send me information about this debt with the information you have in file, and hung up the phone. Haven't heard back from them. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  11. Open up a checking account and deposit as much money as you can with BB&T if you haven't already, then Call them up or better go to a branch and ask what are there requirements to apply for a business credit card? You can do this right after you deposit money into the account.Let them know you would like to do long term business with them, also don't forget to visit the branch loan officer and introduce yourself. (Relationship can help). Sometime your own research is the best research. Hope this helps.
  12. Right now they are offering Free 60 Day membership with BJ's
  13. T-Mobile way better reception. Sprint I get dropped calls.
