  1. Durnit~ OC3 updated $0 bal on TU and Exp shows $0 bal closed/transferred. My PIF letter shows I paid the CA (who is actually a nice person who is now just as confused as I am) in behalf of OC2. Zeroscore~EQ is the only one showing no update on bal for either OC2 or 3
  2. Per OC3 today: OC3 does business as OC2 in my state. OC3 is actually a subsidiary of a FNB & handles thier collections quote"Therefore both OC2 & OC3 should be reporting on CRAs" end quote So OC3 is actually a CA???? I'm quit! I'm so confused

Here's the facts: Financed unsecured debt with OC1 2/04 OC1 was purchased by OC2 9/04 ***New credit grantor is OC2 I default in 2/05 OC2 was purchased by OC3 7/05, OC2 is now subsidiary of OC3 OC3 starts reporting to all 3 CBs 8/05 OC3 TU states closed 9/05, with last update 1/07 OC2 continues to report to all 3 CBs until 11/06 OC2 ASSIGNS to CA 10/06 CA mails form showing where OC2 assigned account I pay CA as this account is legit & i did owe it w/o PFD letter (Pre-CB) 2/07 After PIF I dispute OC1, OC2 & OC3 w/ all 3 CRAs 3/07 OC1 delete from all three 3/07 OC2 dele
  4. Magic Eraser.. Last year my daughter decided to make me a picture with a black permanent marker. It bled through her paper and left marker all over the brand new table. Tried everything, scrubbed it down, etc. I was about to give up when I used a Magic Eraser on it. Came right off Thank you Ms. Lisa, it worked perfectly!

  7. Call the phone number... I did that when I got that message and they were able to help me get rid of the different variations of a few addresses. That said, they will not delete an address that is tied to a tradeline. The info reported is incorrect though. I actually did not live at these addresses, it would be impossible for some b/c the apt # doesn't even exist and others b/c it's the actual wrong street number.   11. I know it sucks, but if all three credit reports are showing as still in dispute then, you'll have to wait until the CRAs finish their verification process. CRAs are allowed 30 days for disputes arising from paid CRs and 45 days from free reports. I'm bumping this so hopefully you'll get more posts
  12. I originally started with 2 and half pages of addresses and now I'm down to 1 and a quarter, so I am making progress. I'm down to the few odd balls (ie wrong zip, apt number etc) and It won't let me dispute these. I mean, how can they not let me dispute wrong information. I get the stupid "please call for further assistance" or it's part of my "history" message. I need two of these addresses off. And I mean I REALLY NEED them off. I have read various posts and haven't found one that has had luck with this issue. Any insight????????
  13. I already purchased scorewatch, but not knowing whats changing on my other reports is driving me crazy( or crazier if you've read my ode to NCO). I wish EQ would provide combined bureau monitoring, but they don't & I need to decide which one to go with.

  17. What a coinkiedink? My sister & I were just talking about these two last night. I just received my copy of "Consumer Reports" was amazed at the reviews for both the Charger and Durango. Neither one recieved a very good rating compared to foriegn cars. I love both autos anyway. I want a Charger so bad.... My kids always laugh and say "Look Mom, there's you car!" when we pass one. sigh..... A good friend of mine owns a Durango and loves it.   18. I agree hoosier. I would definately check your CR 1st. Sometimes they don't respond to your letter and just delete the trade line OR sell the account. Also you want to make sure they commented the account as being "disputed". If not there's a violation right there. As Cleaning Credit wrote me: "Yes, document everything that you do and they do and don't do. You're building a papertrail and case against them to make them remove the tradeline." I'm tracking this topic as, I have a similiar situation w/ 2 of the same CAs
  19. No, I don't think it effects the board, but I'm not a moderator either so what do I know? Some people are funny about their personal info on here and feel that it might hinder their progress with repairing their CR if a CA or CRA is able to identify them as being a member of CB. After numerous phone calls and 3 letters, I went to one CA here in person & requested deletion. Wish u could have seen how fast they deleted to get me outta there!!!
