  1. talk about weird I disputed 2-3 things with EQ I get 8 reports in the mail this week 6 one day and 2 the next the last 2 had dispute results the other 6 did not some of the reports had the same date on them twilight zone
  2. They have the same thing all over all my reports and even list it 3 times on EQ currently have filed complaints with AG their state and mine no response -so far This was after 4 dv's and dv's to their attorney
  3. LVNV put 3 tradelines for the same account on my EQ Midland did the same but 2 tradelines for the same account I cannot get them off so far. keeps getting verified and updated
  4. I too had a recent horrible experience with AT&T but I won't go into it. I did mention it in a thread a few weeks ago that I found in the General Discussion area. I now only have my landline phone with them and that will be going soon. I am just waiting for my college boys to get moved out this year then I will change it and get a new phone number.
  5. I went ahead and signed that release letter and will mail it to the BBB tomorrow. Otherwise the case would close. I am sick of Midland. Every time I have DV'ed about 3 times they cont. to update the cra's, cont. to send settlement offers to me and totally ignore the DV's. I sent copies of all of it to the BBB copies of the green cards and all. copies of their tradelines on my reports, the double tradelines and the 120 days late all their crap (with all the other info blacked out on the report except for that and my name and address). Hope it works. I have also filed with the AG offices on LVNV because of the same identical crap.
  6. My next move will be Attorney General route. They are poisioning my EQ file with 2 identical tradelines which doubles the derogatory amount and number of accounts and several other violations Don't know why they are hanging on so tight it lists $752.00
  7. Mine came back from San Diego. Not sure about signing that form but i guess I have to or they will close it. This is what they sent me any opinions? Is it ok to sign this?
  8. I don't mean to hijack your thread but thought I would chime in here cause I am in the same situation. I have gone the same route and I'm at the same point in the fight as you are. Sent complaint to BBB in San Diego and got my first response back from them today. It says that Midland has informed them that they cannot give any info out without my consent and sent a form for me to sign a disclosure form that I am to send back to the BBB or they will be unable to assist me any further. anyone heard of this?
  9. Same problem here, only worse I have a CA reporting the same account 3 times and one says opened 4/07 I have another CA reporting the same account 2 times and this is all on EQ
