  1. Thank you for the quick reply Marv, I appreciate it greatly. Is your statement regarding Mitsu generated basically on their poor financial stability over the last few years and not promising future? This is the vehicle I'm generally looking for, however there are others in that price range that I'd fancy, from much more stable companies, such as Honda or BMW or Subaru. Furthermore if I increased the downpayment to 25% of the vehicles price, would this have a substantial impact on the likelyhood of approval? If you'd prefer I re-submit an application, I will. Thanks. -Adam

  3. Yeah. FAKO's from three different services ( TC, CCT, CK ) Were all over by around 60 pts. I used them for B*, which worked, as I have 0 inqs now, but using them to try and predict a score is just foolish.
  4. I just cancelled my CCT account today after I got my last EQ B*. With CCT / TC / CK I got TU and EQ down to 0 inqs in about 2 months. A total of about 14 inqs were removed. EX is a whole nother story of course. Just as a side note, TC's estimation of my FICO was over by 60 pts. It was kind of a letdown, but I knew from the start those FAKO's were fishy. Good luck everyone!
  5. Great progress man! You said many of the lates were incorrect. What methods did you follow to have them removed?

    Landmark CU

That's awesome!! I need to get into a sweet CU. My grandpa was in the Navy but he won't sign up with NFCU
  7. Hey everyone, I'm about to send my first Jack Attack letter after reading about some success. I've followed a few examples, yet edited the text of it to my preference. Anyways I just have a few questions I was hoping someone could take a quick minute to answer. 1. I was going to just get a backdoor report, but I decided to be marginally legit and purchased an updated credit report from equifax's website. It cost $10.50 Anyways, the data on the report doesn't seem complete as the account #'s I'm trying to disput aren't complete, and have XXXX at the end of them all. Is it going to be a problem if I reference this account with the XXXX and not the actual information? 2. Should I print out a copy of the report and include it in my letter? 3. Nowhere have I included my home address or anything, in fact there is an older address on my report I'd like to dispute. Should I add this, and should the front of my CMRRR envelope at least have my current address on it ? I was going to sign my name at the bottom and that's it, no social security #, no phone, nothing. Is that ok? thanks! Hopefully I'll hear back soon so I can send on lunch today! -Adam
  8. Hey Matter ( or anyone else really )... Would you mind doing a little investigative research for me please? I'm pulling CCT multiple times a day but haven't recieved any B* yet, so I can't test my own theory.. otherwise I would! Anyways, would you please look for the specific days where CCT had multiple soft pulls show up? Then will you reference those days where multiple inqs reported against the days you recieved any B* or C*? I've been thinking about it lately, and it's possible that the reason most of us only have 1 CCT inq display daily on our credit reports is that there is never a change to the report throughout the day. EQ + TU are sending out the same report 5 times and may just lump them together as one. If a b* occurred throughout the day, there would be different reports that day.. and as a result CCT would be two different files with different data... thus displaying multiple soft inqs in one day. This may explain CCT's alleged randomness in reporting daily inqs. Thanks..
  9. Well I tried this method of mixing up the pulls in between CCT pulls and B* has stopped on TU and EQ all the sudden. Could be a coincidence or possibly more choppage, hard to say right now. I'm going to test tomorrow as long as my CCT trial is over like expected. I did notice that b* did stop on TU, but i'm going to give it till the end of the week before I pull my TU backdoor and see if c* occured. I have a gut feeling it's just coincidence. Oh well, here's to hoping for 0 inquiries by July! Hey, on a side note. All these people go Kona all the time, never applying for anything etc for lengthy amounts of time. What's the harm in applying, collecting some inquiries on TU / EQ, and then working the b* to get them off? In the end you may have more TL with a better utilization.. and still with 0 inqs.

  11. That's how I felt also. The trial period stinks though, so you might as well sign up as soon as you can. Side not, experienced more b* with TU, down to 3 inq left.. had 7 inqs nine days ago. No change in FAKO though since dropping down to 5 inqs. Perhaps the algorithm used to calculate FICOs uses 0-5 inqs as the optimum? I still have 7 on EQ, but I expect pulling CCT a lot will certainly help. I'm hoping to only use CCT for a month or two, $30/month is rather pricey.
  12. Regrettably I'm still on trial for CCT and cannot pull again just yet. I have beliefs that it will pending the time intervals between pulls and also if a different inquiry was acquired between CCT draws. I will test when possible, as I really hope to get as much EQ b* as possible.
  13. I believe someone stated having success getting multiple softs a day from CCT by pulling with other programs in between. For example: 1. CCT 2. CK 3. CCT 4. TC 5. CCT I will test sometime next week.
  14. wtf? TC claims I have 7 inq on EQ CCT claims I have 6 inq on EQ Time to backdoor I guess... edit: backdoor report claims 7 on EQ. Meh.
  15. Where did you get b*? This morning I had 2 more b* off TU. Down to 4, had 7 on Sunday.. only 52 softs. Did not see a FAKO increase though. Daily pulls are CK , TU, CCT Where are you getting your FICO scores from if you arent using SW?
