  1. Canceled it. It's mainly a bunch of updated links to business apps and a way to keep track before you proceed. Can only keep track of one company. It's just not worth the monthly fee. Join the Facebook group, you'll actually learn more.
  2. I tried these and they are either busy or don't go through. Anyone have better? Fax numbers: Equifax = 866.233.3777 888-826-0573 Experian = 972.390.3838 Trans Union = 610.546.4606
  3. I just cleared up my credit. My FICO8 is 780 but I only have a couple of accounts (and several AU's). I want more (preferably unsecured revolving) credit. I have a corporation with good scores as well. But can't do much to prove income short of a pay stub from my employer, which is not my corporation. I want to raise 100k fast with no questions asked how I use it and stated income for the business. What's the best way to go? Which will get me further? Apply for business credit cards (tied to personal), business credit line, or personal cards?

  5. It's still based more on personal credit. Mine wasn't good enough for any of their programs yet I applied to Navy Federal and got a credit card and line of credit totalling 50k. And a 3k Spark card. So I'm not so sure about CS.
  6. I transferred the land to the business, then sold it. Each time the books were balanced by title agents. Then years later they come collecting this alleged debt. But try dealing with the government.
  7. Thanks so much for the help. It's so different with business credit. I disputed a late pay at that address and it didn't work. Came up verified. But I'll try. Does suing or threatening to sue help? My late pay was because Premium Fleet Services charged me a hidden charge and didn't bill me or email me. Nothing. Didn't find out till Experian report went haywire. Same with the tax lien. I guess there are no protection laws for business credit?
  8. A property tax lien that is not even in the business name is on Experian Business report. How can I remove it? It's killing my score! Thans, RM
  9. I see no sub-forums for ID theft. Is there a good place to discuss ID theft?
  10. I want to dispute two of my personal loans as having zero balances. Then use the resulting score bump to hopefully increase my chances of getting instant approval. Will this work or will the disputes cause potential instant approvals to automatically fail? I know, I know, once it's to an underwriter they'll be some explaining to do but will disputing help for auto approvals?
  11. Assume YES. If it's not they will make it clear what it's for. Such as the Patriot Act. But call and ask.
  12. Join the NAV.com premium for $57 a quarter. It matches you up to business cards based on true parameters and show the percent match. I think your credit history and experience may be hurting (is it a CPN?). If you give your SS it has very little to do with the business qualifications. BTW is that what business consultants charge? 12%? What a ripoff!
  13. Who's the owner stated as? Go in here to update your info. The salespeople don't screw with you later with intimidating sales emails if you update through this Government portal. https://iupdate.dnb.com
