I need some advice.....I impulsively traded my car (2014 Hyundai Sonata -turbo) in for a NEW one....back in November....the ONLY reason I did this was, I was behind 2 car payments and I thought they'd repo the car...I in my infinite wisdom "thought" it would be better to trade in for a NEW car and have an extra month to come up with the $$$...fast forward 4 months and I am miserable in this truck.. (2018 HyundaiTuscon)...my car note is almost a mortgage payment... [emoji3166][emoji24]($727) plus ins....makes my car overhead a stack a month alone...would it be better to trade this in ASAP for a smaller car or ride this out for the next 5 years....?!?!?!?! #help Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

  6. i closed on an adj mortgage (2/28)10/06....fast forward to 2008, i am trying to refi before the reset in nov. i am having the hardestt time... i tried refi with one company who swore up and down that "we can do it"....giving me the complete run around for 3 months......1 day before closing, they found out the condo is not fha insured....assoc not turned over etc....13 unsold units remaining.... and conventional would be 11% more than what i am now at 9.15...... question., is it possible to refi a condo mortgage without the association being turned over to the residents....still in possessoion of the developers.......please help

  8. i have carsons....they are hsbc. when it was carsons they had a grace period. i found out the hard way that if you are late(even 1 DAY late with your payment ) they do not have a grace. they lowered my limit from that 1 day late payment.

  11. well i was tempted and applied and this is the message that i got Application Approved -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Congratulations. Your application has been approved. You will receive your card and complete account information within 2 weeks by mail. yippie..... oh, i have a bankruptcy disch in 2003 but it did not say the limit.
  12. i was approved for 2k visa. i applied for 5k. i got in mail yesterday the welcome letter stating my credit card will arrive in 2 weeks. and today i got a letter with convienience checks attached.
  13. PURCHASE PRICE 139,900 CURRENT VALUE ????? DO I HAVE TO GET ANOTHER APPRAISAL FOR THE VALUE?? THAT IS THE WHOLE STORY I WAS SUPPOSED TO DO CITIMORTGAGE PROGRAM @ 7% BUT THIS BOGUS A!@ BROKER CLAIMED I WAS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR THAT PROGRAM DUE TO FANNIE MAE CRITERIA (70% CLOSED OR UNDER CONTRACT)SO I HAD TO DO ANOTHER PROGRAM. AFTER I MOVED IN I FOUND OUT THAT WASNT THE CASE MY NEIGHBOR WENT THROUGH CITIMORTGAGE AND CLOSED IN JULY. SO NOW I AM DESPERATELY TRYING TO REFI NOW I HAVE HIT ANOTHER SNAG............... I WAS TOLD BY COUNTRYWIDE SINCE I GOT 100% FINANCING, I WOULD BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL CLOSING COSTS OUT OF POCKET. AND SINCE THE MORTGAGE IS I/O I HAVENT PAID ANY PRINCIPLE DOWN. THIS BLOWS...AND IT IS I/O FOR 5 YRS.... AND IN ORDER TO REFI WITH NO COSTS I WOULD HAVE TO GET ANOTHER APPRAISALTHAT APPRAISES HIGHER OR, PAY OUT OF POCKET.... :
  14. i have a refi question in october i closed on a bogus 2/28 loan with 9.15% and 5yr-io and no ppp. i am kind of leary of brokers b/c of a bad experience. i want to refi asap. i want to get a lower rate. my scores are at least 671, 680 aend 660 i do not want cash back just a lower rate...my mortgage pymt is 1066. and i know i can get a lower rate. i need to get some ideas and help on the best way to go about this. thank you in advance babygirl
