  1. I have medical insurance and portions of a ER bill have been paid by my insurance. I went to the ER but was only triaged, never seen by a doctor, PA or NP etc.. While waiting in the ER the called me back for a CT Scan, but again never seen anyone other than triage. I had the CT SCAN and was sent back to the waiting area while after 4 plus hours in the waiting area a staff member from the ER advised that they had no rooms and that if I wanted to be seen I need to leave go another ER or I could wait till morning and see my own doctor. However, I was never given CT Scan results etc... I received a hospital bill for just $2,000.00 dollars my portion after insurance. I immediately drafted a letter and requested an itemized bill which I received yesterday and all it shows is the CT Scan and the ER fee. I'm not sure how to go about disputing this. I'm pissed I was never by a doctor and still getting all these large bills. My insurance has also paid a ER physician bill but again I never saw anyone and they paid the radiologist who read my CT Scan. I'm tempted to write a letter to hospital administration asking for a reduce bill because of X,Y,Z and I'm also thinking I should I appeal or file a complaint with my insurance company for the ER Physician bill as I never had any form of physical contact or a doctor in my line of sight. Anyone have any other suggestions or thoughts. Thanks.
  2. So back at it again with underwriting and I'm I don't know what to do. It with regards to our rental verifications is ready to sign off if we can settle this tomorrow. We have rented from the same place for 3 years..Ewe are required to pay by money order. We have provided the last 12 months of money order stubs showing proof of rental payment, our landlord has signed a rental affidavit stating no late payments etc in the last 24 months, and we have provided a print out from amscot showing I purchased the money orders.... The issue is the print our from Amscot blackouts my ss# and my name is not on the form just my employer information. Amsoct WILL NOT give me another form showing my ss# or name and they claim it is against policy to give those print screens out and they will not provide it. I have called upper mgmt etc gone to different locations. I can get copies of the money orders but it would be 244 dollars and would 3 weeks and the buyer will not grant another extension. I don't get the issue to be honest. Perfect employment last 10+ years. mid score of 689 front end ratio is 9% back end is 35%, no lattes or negatives on credit report in last 5+ years and income is $74,000 a year. Currently rental payment is $1100.00 new mortgage with taxes and insurance is 644.00. Anyone any thoughts???? I can give them the last 6 months of atm withdrawal showing we took the 1100 from out account, but can't go back any further as we did not us a bank account regularly at that time.. My loan offer sent me a text saying not to worry that she will call the underwritier and we will figure something out....She said that same thing 2 weeks ago so I don't believe it.
  3. Please share how long (on average) it took USDA to do the final approval on your Guaranteed Loan. OK I'm in central FL and our loan should be going to USDA any day now. Told the turn around as 11-15 business days YIKES!! Just wondering how long other have been told and how long it took! We can get an approval through GUS so maybe that will help!I also noticed on May 12, 2012 USDA did a soft inquiry on my credit report.
  4. OK so I thought I would update a little. My credit scores according to my fico are still over 640 for a mid score so no problem. We should close by the 24th before the other collection hit if it does. However, if we need to do so we can pay it it in full as they will settle and not report to the credit reporting agency. They only thing the underwriter needs currently is our rental verification from our landlord which they should have tomorrow. Our loan officer said that should meet the last of the underwriting requirements and the underwriter should sign off and send it to USDA. USDA in Central FL is currently a 11-15 business turn around time. Hoping it takes 11 not 15, lol. But I feel better about things today.
  5. I'm over this crap..It has been a week and the underwriter has NOT repressed to the documents we sent her in response to our conditions. In the meantime, I received a medical dunning letter for a $2,2000 bill...That will we can't pay off because we now have to 3400 in closing cost. We will set up a payment plan but they are saying they will still report... My mid score was a 689 . We had one collection of 1800 and it was medical bill, we set up a payment an agreement on it well they updated my credit with KD comment tanked my score on Experian 43 points, but not sure about Transition yet...I swear medical debt is the worse. We have great dti ratios no other debt other than a car payment a student loan payment, and no other negative history.....I just feel like I wasting my time and lots of money currently. I just feel like it is never going to happen. Thanks for listening. Our closing debt has switched to June 8 and I think that is not going to happen as we are doing a USDA guaranteed loan and they are running 11-14 business for file review and our file can't even be sent to them yet......
  6. I had a hospital bill on my credit report and I set up payment plan as it was to large to pay all at one time. Well collection agency post every month up this month the first month after my payment my score dropped 50 points...Anything I can do? They updated this month as KD when in the past they had not. Can't update as a Payment plan or something else?
  7. Recieved this letter on Satruday. It is a bill for $2200 for 5 different dates of service at the hospital. I think I am currently paying on $1800 worth of this debt with Holloway credit....I had insurance at the time but we have HSA so the deuctiable more than likely was not met. I have opted out, removed as many orld addresses as possible however this letter came to my CURRENT address. From what I have read this is the letter I send? What do I do next. I'm trying to avoid this hitting my credit report as I should be clsoing on a house in the next 3 weeks.   8. Security National Morgage We have submitted a LOE and a sew others things to see if that will help with the underwriters requirement. Our broker does not understand why they being so tight with this request. We have a affidaivt from our landlord, all the money order stubs and a few bank statements showing the $1,100.00 coming out of the ATM. My MID score is a and 689, no credit issues, DTI ratios are well below...Guess we will have to wait and see what they say. SHe tunred that stuff over to them on Thursday or Friday so hopfully we will know somehting in the next few days.
  9. Depends are you doing Direct or Guaranteed loan. if Guaranteed loan this yes it will be a factor.
  10. We have rented for 3 years from the same, paid on time and with money order every month. I provided the last 12 mths of money order stubs, which is fine but they want proof that we bought the money orders.....I bought them from amsoct monthly. Our landlord has already signed the rent affidavit saying we have never been late in 24 months. We provided 2 months bank statements that show we have taken the money out via the atm to make make the payment. Not sure this is good enough. We can't go back any further in bank statements do to over drafts. Some please help, what else can you think of. We can request compies of the cashed money from amscot that would have my name on them at 12 bucks each but that could 45 to do and we don't have that long currently.

  12. Good news for the day inspection went great! Bad news, this stupid Dish Network collection account that popped yesterday. This account is not even mine it was in my husbands name but yet reported to my credit. My husband called and pain the account yesterday and Dish Advised they would call it back from the collection agency and delete from my reports. I'm on pins and needles. I called the collection agency and told them it was not my debt that it was my husbands etc., they advised they could not start a dispute as it was paid but suggested I dispute with the CRA and that it would deleted that way as they would not respond. So tonight, I disputed the account with the CRA, sent an email to the CEO of G C Services and I filed a complaint with the BBB. As you can tell I desperate. At first we thought it just hit one report, but it now have it two and tanked my scores :smileysad:. The credit report underwriting has is less than 30 days currently so hopefully I still have time to get this removed be they pull another. I feel like I'm going to be sick to my stomach, not sure how I'm gonna make it though this and I pray we don't lose the nearly $1400.00 we have put into making this happen. I'm so discouraged.
