Hello, i have been dedicating this year to work on my credit. I'm currently in the process of rebuilding my credit. just got approved for navy federal checking account on 8/27/2022. It was a rather easy process. I called and ended up getting approved over the phone. I was super excited because I heard a lot of good things about them. Now I'm a little worry a week later because i just found out that navy federal used early warning services. i do have two accounts that i defaulted on one was like $145 and the other one was $440. I have read some stories bout people getting approved but than a week later they restricted their account due to early warning services. I am not sure why they approve people but than restrict their accounts. Normally banks deny you right off the back when applying. Not sure why navy feds does this. Has this ever happened to any one on here? I'm literally just waiting for the day i wake up and go to log into my account and it not working. I'm holding off setting up direct deposit because of this.
