  1. Hello All, Dont know if this counts but...I just went to QuickMart three weeks ago and applied for their gas card. Just got it in the mail after having been approved for a $3K. It has my company name on it.....I just recalled how hard someone was saying it was to get a biz credit card. In the door...........

Thank I'll focus my efforts more on score lowering by paying down the debt. another question.. I really wanna close 4 cards to get them off my plate. Problem is...it will mess with my util. Currently at 59%. I have 4 cards that really suck and I have to keep them on a recurring payment schedule. Problem is they are my oldest ones... First Premiere $ 1200/0 First Premiere $ 1200/0 Credit One $ 1200/ 1000 Credit One $1000/0 Car Loan - Just got that in Sept AT 28K Personal Loan $4000/$2600 Ill pay this in December if
  3. too bad that the powers that be made the word welfare so so dirty years ago that now in the midst of a unforeseen event like a worldwide pandemic that turned hardworking people into welfare recipients....we still have people putting their nose in the air.....indeed. Why give a damn whether its welfare or not....stimulus or not....There are people who have money to spend and don't need a leg up...like me...but I could be one of those folks.....anyone could be....But..then who are we...?.....
  4. Way confused on this topic......When we all stand equally on the income scale....then stones about what a person needs can be throw...welfare indeed...how very narrow minded.

One last question...I have trade-ins that were closed in good standing before I filed BK but they now say included in BK. Like I closed several 4 months before I filed because they were useless...Those say included in BK. and I even think they got verified as being in BK, which if I didn't own you money...therefore I can file BK on it. Right?

Sat still for several years then started with a low score early 500's. Just recently really looked and started to study credit. 1. AAoA is 3.7 2 Realized I didn't make enuff money so I improvised and acquired $1600 more a month in income in Sept. I made e nuff to live well but not pay extra towards bills. Rectified. 3. Apparently, I cant get a loan because I have one already. Wanna pay that off and will it make a difference on my report point wise? 4. Are we saying lowering my utilization is the only way to raise the score...? 5. I only b

I have no lates. Never been late in 10 years. Had to file BK...late husband had some serious people come after us both after he died. Filed BK. The why is pointless. No lates Nothing but the BK. Question Im paying them by the shittiest percentage and asking for credit limit increases. I got 4 increases...the others said go fly. Still no movements on points. Debating should I pay that personal loan first or continue to knock down the cards? Cant get a loan to pay the cards off...so Im stuck with chucking money at them. Monthly income $6500

Trying to raise credit score....Couple questions.. I have the following: No collections A BK over 5 years ago Car Loan $27000 Student Loan $ 100k plus Personal Loan $2600 Had 10 Credit cards all maxed out in Sept Paid off 3 and lowered the other 7 to around 85% use. The 3 were 1.5k+ credit limits. AT 59% use total (10297 used of 17550) 59% All my credit scores have only moved 5 or less points. What am I doing wrong that's not moving my score better? What more can I do to move the score?
  9. What r some negatives to such a loan? I get negatives like rate, time frame, closing of maybe good accounts. What i really wanna no is does this bomb the credit and why? I might be tired of credit cards, multiple payments, etc. Such a loan, if debt is under 10k could be paid off quickly enough where rate might not hurt too much if over a years time frame...? Then prime ish rates might come into play...
  10. When you take a consolidated loan...do they pay off the debt BEFORE the card or loan is closed or AFTER it is closed? If you cant get a personal loan is this your next best option...? How does before or after affect the credit if its closed, but paid? Is that a good way to go if you have less than a certain amount? How does one loan payment, if you have a car loan and student loan... affect the credit then? Can you obtain credit again during the loan payoff or only after...? How are you treated by the credit card companies...? Really curious about this process.

Let me look at some of those cards but I fairly sure no lates. Newer cards though. High interest loan before paid that off with Navy. Up until 3 or 4 months cards most were maxed. Cleared them and closed when I could. Student loan high and will prolly stay that way.

Both of those are negatives but I dont have them. The scores are inching up from me having had a gazillion cards about a year ago. Im just trying to see what other things I can do to help it along. I get my scores from FICO.

no rewards worth having yearly fee low limits or combo of all. my 5 cards left ranging 1k or above. pif every month. charge everything. none of the cards closed were the oldest. so I should try the following: pay loan down to 8%. loan is 3k. term is 24 months. then leave $2 on 1 card each month...?

I dont have any negatives. I just got rid of a foreclosure off all the reports at the beginning of the year. I also closed several cards. Pay the loan down? I thought a consistent payment history would help me with Navy. so you say pay that down to 8%? This would help how seeing as I would still be paying. Shorter pay period...? I paln to pay this off come March when I get some quarterly monies. Penfed let me open a checking, savings and line of credit at $500. Its been 2 years and any other product, they've said go fly. Rejected for everything beyond the basics....? No loyalty to me.
