  1. Hi there, I am Florida and trying to finance a car loan and am in of a co-signer. My son is in the military and has agreed to sign for me. The bank approved us for the loan, 0 down, however he (my son is stationed in S. Korea). Will this become problem? Can the dealer email him the paper work to sign?
  2. BRBIZ! Thank you so much for the guidance, you are a Gods send! You are accomplishing everything I am trying to accomplish. My ultimate goal is to qualify for multiple car loans with out PGing, so far I have five trade lines reporting to DNB as of today and one reporting to Equifax and Experian (the last time I checked which was a month ago) and its my Capital One Spark card, however; its not reporting to DNB. I was oping it was possible for you to provide us with an updated synopsis of your trade lines. My trade lines so far consist of the following, can you suggest my next step? What should I go after next? Also, I've applied for gas cards and even been offered credit limits....with deposits but just haven't had the extra$$$ because of the holidays and paying for the trade lines. Quill (they took back my credit limit but are still reporting to DNB) Uline (they haven't reported to Experian yet but are reporting to DN) Grainger Seton Amsterdam MSC Industrial UPS Global Industrial (haven't used yet) Sears (Bluetarp) Wayfair Sunbelt (haven't used yet) Capital One Business Spark
  3. It's reporting to Experian business with balance and limit.
  4. This is awesome news BRBIZ! Please share your experience and what info was needed to submit to Ally. I will be attempting to apply for multiple car loans in January and if I can get one without a PG it would be a blessing.
  5. I am not sure but I found this an on forum: https://creditboards.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=488851 Here's info on their net 30 account: http://www.wayfair.com/customerservice/purchase_order.php
  6. Didn't work just now. it works! Just gotta use this link: http://www.myfico.co.../SEM080009.aspx its a bit expensive though, $15.95 for each bureau.
  7. Are your leased vehicles in your company name as well? Did they ask for financials. I am looking to lease a few vehicles in my company's name as well. Also, does anyone know which creditor Blue Tarp reports to?
  8. Here's an update: I just received notification from Sears Commercial Credit Solution that I have been approved for their Sears Commercial Pro card with a credit limit of $1,000 backed by BlueTarp Financial no PG. I think I was originally denied by Citibank, they wanted a PG and I told them no, I am trying to build credit for my company and do not wish to have my personal information linked. Also, Universal Premium Master Card came back and offered a credit limit of $3500 with an $875 deposit instead of the $3000 with a $1000. I'm taking the offer!
  9. Hi there! I wanted to give you heads up on my reporting status. 3 of my 6 trade lines that are reporting. Uline, Grainger, and Quill are all reporting to DNB. Quill took back my Net 30 option because I didn't have any trade lines reporting at the time, however; my first order was net 30 (waiting on credit supervisor to return my call). The representative said I slid through the cracks. Also, I have something reporting on Experian (I need to purchase the report to view who's reporting). The major credit cards I was referring to are Master, Visa and American Express cards, my credit is average, therefore; I would love to get these cards in my business name (my personal credit is average).
  10. I have been following BRBiz post and tips now I am stoked as to what I should do next. Here's a brief synopsis of what I have going on, maybe u can add you input on what needs to be done next. I registered my LLC with the state of Florida in July, got a EIN, virtual office & number, website (logos), bank account (Bank of America & Capital One), listings over the internet (google, yelp yellow pages etc). In October I applied for an account with Grainger ($1000 credit limit), Uline (as I go), Quill ($1000) and Capital One Spark Business card ($500 it reports to my personal credit too) and today a $15,000 credit limit with Sun Belt Rentals. I was offered a Universal Fuel Man Master card with a 1/3 deposit ($1000 deposit for $3000 credit limit) and another form of UFMMC with a deposit of my choice) however i don't have the funds available so I may pass that up for now. I've made small purchases over $75 with Grainger, Quill and Uline and paid them this week. I believe Uline is reporting to DNB (its hard to tell because the name isn't listed). I'm guessing Capital One Spark will reporting soon, however; I am not holding my breath. From your post it seems as if it took about 3 months to get your first three trade lines to post, therefore; I don't mind being patient. Right now I am at a stand still because I am not sure what to do next. I am starting a luxury transportation business but don't expect it to launch until the beginning of year. I am banking on applying for major credit cards that will enable me to pay for the expense of my overhead cost (vehicle's, insurance, gas and possibly payroll) until the money start coming in. It'll be nice if I can lease the SUV's in my company's name too! My question to you is what should I do next: wait for the trade lines to post? apply for more applications? At this time I don't think i need anything from Sunbelt, however I was curious if I need to make a purchase to get them to start reporting to the creditors. Also, do you know who they report to? Am I on the right track? When do you think I can start applying for major credit cards? Heads up, I was denied recently for the following: Home Depot Commercial (yesterday), Blue Tarp and Office Depot denied me in the very beginning (around the 15th of Oct), Wex Fleet denied me in the beginning of Oct (I had zero credit then it was expected.)

  12. Before I found out about Why Chat Nows Hippa format I took it upon myself to dispute some medical collection accounts. I originally disputed them with the credit agency' and they were verified. Then I sent them to the collection agency and received one response from American Medical Collection. I requested them to send me an explanation of the alleged account, calculation of balance, documentation showing agreed to pay this debt. The agreement that grants them the authority to collect and their license. In return, they sent me my original request letter, and the actual and what looks to be the original Health Insurance Claim Form that shows the balance due, my full name address DOB, policy number and ID, my doctor name, the actual procedure code and diagnosis. It also states my signature is on file. I need serious damage control this has to be against the law. Please help!
  13. A few weeks ago I started disputing items from my credit report. One item in particular was a mortgage account held by Specialized Mortgage Servicing and Saxon mortgage. My dispute was "never late" please correct. Within two weeks Equifax deleted Saxon (which was expected since they are now defunct); however, they validated SLS. Here is the verbaiged used: We have researched the credit account. The results are: Historical account information was deleted from this account. This creditor verified to OUR company that the current status is being report correctly. The creditor has verified to OUR company that your prior paying history is being reported correctly. Okay, my account History status codes show late payments dating back to April/2012 (one late payment in 5/2015). However, on the updated credit report that was sent the Date of 1st Delinquency is of 5/2015. Is this a contradiction? Wouldn't the Date of 1st Delinquency be 4/2012 instead? Also, they are showing my last payment was made April 2015, my last payment was actually made May 31, 2015 before my account was sold off to a new creditor. How would anyone recommend I tackle this?
  14. So my first loan is with Saxon mortgage I owe about $114,000 on my loan. My second loan is with Litton Loan and I owe $30,000. As of Febuary of this year my house was appraised and is only worth $112,000. At the time that I purchased my home for $142,900 from Fremont Investment and Loans. When I purchased the home my income was based off of two jobs. I lost my part time job this year and my 1st mortgage company (saxon) filled for foreclosing a months ago. Still no word from Litton. Over the weekend I recieved a letter in the mail from Saxon about HAMP. When I called to find out what all i needed to qualify the lady on the other end said she can't tell me because she dont want me to adjust my income to meet the qualifications. Then how do I know if I quailify. Is there a certain amount of money I have to make each month. Does my debt to income ratio has to be more than 31% What if I make to much? I am scared now. What should I do. Who on here has had a modification through Saxon under the Home Affordable Modification Program?
  15. I closed on my home April 28th and when it hit my credit score it dropped by 40 points but last week it just increased by 20 !!! I am quite sure it'll get higher is I pay off those credit card blances
