  1. Help I have a satisfied judgement on my credit report. This is from the state of Delaware. How do I get this removed from my credit report? Please help me Thanks
  2. Did you get the late payments removed? I am having the same issues.
  3. I have a student loan that I paid off. I had a few past due payments. It's there any way I can get the late payments removed if I have paid the balance?
  4. I have a past due Medical Bill that was sold to Revenue Group, the original owner of the debt is Akron Children Hospital. The amount is for $800.00. It shows on my report as closed. I had disputed the account with the credit company and they said I need to talk to Akron Children Hospital. I called Akron Children Hospital and they stated they don't have a record of it and they are unable to pull up the information. They claim the information is archived and they have no record of it. They have a new system. Should I request a validation letter? What should I do? Should the letter go to the Revenue Group or the Hospital?

  6. I was in a area where I could not make a payment and no one at home could pay. In the end, they allow me to refinance but the missed payments are on my report.
  7. Do I just have to wait everything out?
  8. Yes, i have a 60 and a 30. My lates are with Bank of America. I hear its almost impossible to get them to remove anything.
  9. Most lenders would consider consumers with a score of 716 to be low risk because approximately 5% of consumers in this score interval get into serious credit trouble. The risk rate shown here is the percentage of borrowers who reach 90 days past due or worse (such as bankruptcy or account charge-off) on any credit account over a two-year period.
  10. I just check myFICO and here are the result 716 (FICO Score 8)(Equifax) 725 (FICO Score8 ) (TransUnion) 713 (Score 8) (Experian ) You've limited the use of your available revolving credit. You have an established credit history. You've shown recent use of credit cards. You have a serious delinquency (60 days past due or greater) or derogatory indicator on your credit report. The remaining balance on your mortgage or non-mortgage installment loans is too high. You recently missed a payment or had a derogatory indicator reported on your credit report.
  11. The average is 715 Equifax, Transunion, Experian
  12. I had a late payment of a house payment in Jan. Thats been my only late payment. I dont use credit cards anymore. I have tried the $2.00 method before. I received my credit report from the big 3.
  13. I have about 10 credit cards with 0 balance. I am trying to buy a house. My credit score is 707. I would like to have my credit score to 740. Should I close my credit cards to increase my score?
