Every State has different rules for that on the State level; I would wonder if OP got State or Federal charges, as mentioned. The process is very different State vs Federal. They must have been some kind of bad for Capital One to not only find them, but do that.. "Since when does Capital One do background checks?" I am not sure I've ever heard of that.. okay they check credit score but. 1. Since when do they get all in a twist about criminal? 2. "Objection, relevance?" The links don't seem to be cooperating but I did a Google search for "federal expungement."

Doing good with my deliveries, seems to slow down late morning to afternoon.. I always am happy when my amount of money goes UP and then I have to pay my minimums across 12 or so cards and I get 🙁 The hardest part is to not run them up... As you can see, my next event for personal pleasure is 3/28 when my twin, Jason Statham, has a new movie coming out. All the rest are about cards...

Made a larger-ish payment to get my balance down. I'm putting everything dollar I have towards gas and paying stuff down! I'll let everyone know if they do anything. I actually have a Secured card with them, and I still hope that when I pay my balance from the $700-ish down to $0 (it should be sitting closer to $450-$500 now, I have 10 other cards to pay down too, and some to close, the ones with fees) that it will unsecure....

Didn't keep it open to help AAoA? Or was there enough other cards to offset that?

Should I cancel my Merrick Bank card? Just got an e-mail saying they will tack on a $7 a month MONTHLY FEE. I am seriously thinking about closing ALL my cards with a MONTHLY FEE. The e-mail I got from Merrick says I have the right to reject the new teem, but my account will be closed to further purchases. My CL went UP to $1000; my balance went DOWN to ~$911. Does a closure by them if I reject look different than a "bad" closure? And should I close them, reject them, pay them?
