I opened my business CC using Costco Business. It does not report to personal.

So, I join here a few weeks AFTER starting my credit repair. I started off by doing credit disputes using CK's (Credit Karma) online dispute form. Upon researching this further, I stumbled upon CreditBoards and the whychat process. Here's a little background: After pulling my credit report online via the 3 reporting agencies (thanks to this site for the info), I have about 5 medical records reporting with the following information: Date opened: 2-16 On Record Until: 6-22 Date opened: 11-14 On Record Until: 4-21 Date opened: 1-16 On Record Until: 6-22 Date opened: 4-16 On Record Until: 9-22 Date opened: 4-16 On Record Until: 9-22 All of the above records are with the same CA. I'm in the state of AZ (listed for SOL reasons). Now, as I stated, I started the dispute process with with Credit Karma and each one came back with the following remark: Account information disputed by consumer, meets FCRA requirements. (Please note, I did this BEFORE I OPTED OUT.... I was unaware of the process before doing so) Here I am about 3 weeks later and upon reading this site for the last few days, I'm confused on how I should proceed. I've not opted out and I'm just starting the process to have them update/remove all my old addresses (I've been at my current location for 4 years and all these were at my old addresses) My question is, what do I do next? From my understanding is the following: Need to call TU and EX (seems to be easier this way) to ask to remove one incorrect name from my record, 2 incorrect SS#'s on my credit report and ask to remove the addresses. (I will send snail mail if phone call does not work) Need to send snail mail to EQ for incorrect Name, 1 SS# and remove old/outdated addresses. (following this guide: https://whychat.me/GUIDEBOOK.html) Once I've done this, I'm not sure where/how I proceed as I've already started the dispute using CK and for back the reply. I'm assuming (could be wrong here) CK opened the disputes with the CRA's of which then reached out to the CA's to validate the info?
