  1. Hello all, I know this thread is a bit old. But I just called card security (800-815-4051) and I had canceled the enrollment through automated system and then I had the option to press “0” to speak to a representative. I chose “0” after canceling through the automated system. I basically told the rep that I didn’t know I was being charged for card security. She said that I would’ve had to verbally approve or chose on a pin pad or something like that and that I enrolled when I signed up for the care credit card. I told her I don’t recall ever doing that or receiving any information that I did.
