  1. Thanks for this. Would have to assume it won't apply just to be on the safe side.
  2. My SBA Economic Injury Disaster Loan was Approved. I'm an Independent Contractor. Terms: $12500 @ 3.75% over 30 years with no collateral. Monthly payments of $61 begin in 1 year. Is this a good deal?
  3. Thanks for the feedback. I saw another thread here (after I posted) with a 33 point gain from a loan that was 90% repayed immediately after opening. Tempting, but I'll hold off.
  4. Turns out they're funded by a 'joint' account my ex controls but I fund. Leases are in her name as well. A holdover from when she had better credit. I'm learning all kinds of things about my finances now that I'm single.
  5. Ah ok. That makes sense. Seems fairly hard to do CLIs on my current cards though. Most are HPs besides the 6 month auto reviews.
  6. Thanks for the feedback. I'll just have to wait a few months until my last 2 HP drop off.
  7. My car lease isn't reported for some reason? None of the last 3 either. I'll have to check to see if they will start reporting it.
  8. Creditor diversity in cards? Limit growth?
  9. Hi all. New here but I've learned so much already! My scores are all in the 780-90 range on all 3 CBs. My credit Mix could be improved (I rent and lease so only have credit accounts) by taking out a small personal loan but im not sure the HP would be worth the points. I'd like to be over 800 when applying for more cards/CLIs. Advice?
