Years ago they first tried to tell me that my computer dailed an overseas phone # and that was why my bill was so high, when that didn't work.... (I Admin does not allow masked profanity. Not to scare you OP, but as others have mentioned above if a law firm is now involved they are going to file a law suit against you. Portfolio are bottom feeders, I'll say it again for the people in the back, [emoji351] PORTFOLIO ARE BOTTOM FEEDERS. You need to do your research and get active or hire representation. I just went through this with them a few months ago. I researched and represented my self and won in court.
