  1. They pulled Experian for mine. This is from 5 days ago.
  2. Where did you end up going for your LOC? And what were the outcomes?
  3. Did they check your credit? As in, did a hard inquiry happen? I see the personal guaranty can be skipped, but the next section asks for your social security number.

  5. Business credit is treated pretty much the same as personal. The biggest thing that matters on business credit is that you’re making payments on time and are ip to date. If you’ve been up to date on every account for the past 90-120 days, then you’re good to go.
  6. They 100% DO NOT pull hard inquiries. I have had multiple loans with QB Intuit and the highest is now $54K with a year payback on a monthly schedule. Payments are like $4955.04 a month. They used to only offer 6 month terms, but recently bumped them up to a year. They don’t offer every customer their loan program. They invite you inside the software. You have to use the software consistently and adequately. You also have to have your bank account connected to it. That’s how they check your revenues against your input in the software. Also, if you have multiple businesses, and multiple subscriptions to their software, you can get multiple loans. Interest rate is like 4-8%, and the APR is like 18%. They don’t charge any origination or junk fees. And they deposit funds directly to your checking account that’s connected. They give you your free DNB credit score, but they say that they don’t use it to make a credit decision. I think they do, but I know for sure that they look at your BUSINESS EXPERIAN REPORT. You have to keep that one clean, because they will deny you if not.
  7. Did you end up trying out Credit Suite ? How did it go if so ??
  8. Thank you. And yes, that’s the aim! Do you have any other experiences you’d like to share that could be useful?
  9. So, just to follow up. I was just approved for a Wells Fargo Business LOC. NO DOCS, just what was stated on the apps. I had applied for $50K, but only received $35K. Prime + 4.99% for the first year. No fee for the first year either. I have had my business banking account with them for nearly 3 years and I have been in business coming up on 3 years. They have seen money move in and out of my account. When I applied I had around six figures in my account. I was approved for a credit card 2 days prior to this LOC application for $15K. They hard pulled for the card and didn’t pull again for the LOC. That was great. My utilization on my reports is less than 1% and scores are EX 772, EQ 791, TU 775. Hope this helps some people.

  11. Has anyone applied for a Chase business line of credit? If so, what documentation did they ask from you? Taxes, bank statements, etc. ?? Do you have any information on other business lines of credit that you can share? i’m looking for banks that will rely on personal credit reports to make credit decisions.
  12. Are you sure? I have applied for the PNC personal line of credit and they are asking for 2017 and 2018 taxes. And they want the last 2 paystubs. I have banked with them for the last 3 1/2 years too. And they see the activity in my account. Crazy.
