  1. Thank you. I am reading that post currently. Do I contact Credit One Bank and ask for my card agreement? I am going to file against LVNV not Credit One since they are the ones currently collecting the account correct?
  2. Hi I've been reading a lot about filling for ARB with LVNV or Credit One Bank. My account with Credit One Bank was CO with DOFD on Jan 1, 2016. They sold the account to LVNV Funding. My credit reports currently show a $0 for Credit One Bank and $1,096 for LVNV Funding, as open, and in Collections. I am in California. I simply don't know where to begin. I would like to have these both removed from my credit report. I've been reading that I should file ARB, but because I have never done this it all seems like a lot of work (which I am willing to do). Can someone help with this?
