  1. No I did not receive financial aid. And I did not continue taking classes for the semester. ( there are 3 rolling terms on one semester). I have the some emails that a bill was past due.
  2. I basically registered for one class(master) and started the the week after. They did not require payment, and I was under the impression that I had completed the financial aid package. So I was able to complete the class and even got a grade, but I was not able to take any classes after that because they put a hold on the account. I had called them this January to enroll on a payment plan, but the contract they sent ended up in my junk folder. So when I called now they said there is nothing they can do.
  3. The debt is from spring semester 2019. This is what I found about the school: is a non-profit public higher education institution Thank you for your help. I was an active member in 09-10 under a different account. I could not retrieve. I learned so much about building credit but I failed miserably once I had it again.
  4. I had a balance due on tuition due to the fact that I failed to apply complete the student loan application in full. I received a collection letter from RMS stating that the School had referred the debt to them. The letter has a date of 2/24 giving 30 days to respond. I called the school and they said that they cannot recall the debt and that I should deal with collection agency. They said that since it is a tuition debt, they will not report it. I do not believe this. I do not have the funds to pay in full and I am overly leveraged with 90%CU. I was attempting to refinance my mortgage and second mortgage, but this would be dagger that completely kills me. should I still write back to verify the debt? what should I do? Dealing with so much debt at the moment and all also sick that I cannot think clearly. Made too many mistakes in this past 10 years and now the s is hitting the fan. thank you.
