  1. Isn't this in violation of 15 U.S. Code § 1692g? Aren't they required to provide notification of your rights to dispute the debt?
  2. Has anyone had to deal with this debt collector before? They keep posting an unverified debt on my credit reports without required notification by the FDCPA. So, since I don't have any idea what the 30-day period in which I can dispute this is, it keeps assuming I am accepting responsibility for this debt! Such law breakers. Cannot get them to stop? Any ideas?
