Sunday, unexpectedly, we lost one of our own. After a sudden diagnosis of liver cancer just two days before, our very own mama Breeze lost her battle with this disease and passed away on Sunday afternoon. She passed peacefully surrounded by her family.
We know that many of you will be as devastated as we are to learn of this, and we know that you will share in our grief. We will be in the Feedback forum with you, sharing our memories and our tears. We encourage you to join us there.
We started on this journey fifteen years ago - breeze, Pam, LKH, and radi8. Through everything that has transpired over the past fifteen years, we have always remained family - and Mama breeze was an integral part of that family. We will be posting additional information here, as much as we can while still respecting her desire for privacy and anonymity. For now, while we process our grief, we will close this notice with Godspeed, Mama. We miss you so much already.

Her statement closed date is the 23rd and her report date will usually be 2-3 days after that. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk No, in November it said last reported on the 23rd of November, then it changed to the 25th of December. I'm not guessing here, this is what her credit reports are stating as last reported dates. The due date is irrelevant. The statement cut date is what matters and what gets reported. Do you really think CapOne has a conspiracy to keep your mother's credit score depressed? Really she should be mad at you for not educating her on the importance of having 3 or more revolving accounts. Just having 3 accounts would give her a score boost, which would be compounded with lower revolving utilization and a lower percentage of revolving accounts carrying a balance. Then she could also implement the $2 trick for a further score boost. She had a 580 in October and I've taken her all the way to a clean report and 700 in 3 months. Why would she be mad? I told her to hold on applying for anything until it was clean because they would just give her toy limits or outright deny her and the inquiries would hurt her score. I know what I'm doing with her file. I can only speak from my experience with capital one. My due date is the 21st, my statement close date is the 24th and my report date is usually 2-3 after that. So always expect it to be reported 6 days after my due date and Experian always get reported first. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
