  2. Lane Bryant Auto CLI at 9 months. Only $250 to bring it to $350, but I use it and pay it off on a regular basis.
  3. Congratulations!! They have been good to me post BK thus far. I am going to app for a new car loan in the next couple of weeks to see what I can get.
  4. No, I did not do a lot of disputing post BK except to get the accounts to read included in Bankruptcy. I concentrated on getting new TLs and showing responsible use. I did get the report off off experian.com I mean literally the credit report says I have ONE account that is 11 months old. Holy crap. In reality, I have 8 new positive TLs that are not showing. Any ideas? Can I ask the creditors to report?!?!?! I cannot believe my OLD positive TLs pre-BK7 are gone. I meant to add that the last CR I pulled for Experian was last July and all of the information was still there. I don't want to be negative or pessimistic, but I think this falls under the category of results we call " unintended consequences. " Sadly, some have reported similar effects, wholesale departure of good TL's after intense BK disputing. Remember the disputes are read by computer scanning software, and sometimes they don't do what they're supposed to do. Amex was among the missing. Maybe I will see if they pull Ex for Ma Getting Experian to put them back is near impossible, in my reading of efforts by others. Experian says " get the data furnishers to report it again. " Of course, that doesn't work, as the original card issuer can't justify the expense, and Experian has to go to extra effort to extract it from your full file. I hope others have other opinions and hopes. Again, I'd start by getting my Experian report sent through the US Mail to my home, to see if they're really gone. I think they will be, sad to say. Were any of them Amex accounts, by chance? They are famous for backdating, which would help a bit. Oh I understand unintended consequences. The thing is I have NOT disputed anything since June 2012 and that was only to get my TLs reporting correctly as included in BK. My EX report has been the same as TU and EQ ever since. The last time I pulled it was July 2013. I guess I will request the report be mailed.
  5. I clicked on the dispute button on Experian.com. I then clicked on adverse action. Then I filled out the required information... And submitted it.

  7. This is really bizarre. I pulled my Experian report from their site to check for errors and all that is listed is ONE cc account (NFCU) that was opened in July 2013 as well as two Inquiries. I still have the report I pulled last year this time and it has my 30+ year credit history as well as the BK7 and all of the negative accounts associated with it. It looks like I have a very good but very thin and very young credit history. None of my paid mortgages or car loans or good long standing CCs are on it. Has anyone else had this happen? What if anything should I do?
  8. Thanks. I am not in a hurry. I just wondered. As I said, I never burned them. I had 19 years of good payment history with them before they closed my accounts. I would love to get that age on my reports again at some point. How many years is sufficiently aged?
  9. I have a CFNA card (Bridgestone/Town Fair Tires) and there is no luv button on their site. I have had it for 6 months. Bought tires at 0% and paid them off in March. Any idea how CFNA is for CLI for a card under a year old?!?!?!
  10. Capital One IIB 2012 - July 2013 MC (500 limit, now 1500 converted to Quicksilver). Capital One Retail (Furniture) $10,000 August 2013 GECRB IIB 2012 (Carecredit, Walmart) - August 2013 Carecredit - low limit, but it works for a positive tradeline. I use it for Vet visits and pay it off. Barclays IIB 2012 (Juniper card) - February 2014 - Barclay card. Low limit, but hoping that will change with time. I am wondering if American Express would consider me. They closed my accounts in 2008 after I had payed off my balances so they weren't included in BK7. Accounts were open since 1989. Any thoughts???
  11. Hi all, I just got a dunning letter from Frederick Hanna in GA in regards to an alleged Chase acct. I am in MA. In their letter they say no one at their firm has reviewed the account and that I have 30 days to dispute the debt and if I don't they will consider their options (I am paraphrasing from memory) like seeking judgement, etc. Also, there was no mini miranda at all on the letter. I thought they had to include that. Thoughts?
  12. This particular one is for a Citi card that just went 120 days and says account closed on my CR so obviously within SOL. Believe me...this is not the position I want to be in, but I am in the process of a divorce (Surprise!) and literally have enough money each month to keep my mortgage and car current, buy food and pay utilities. I had to let my CCs go. I will probably file BK7 after the divorce is final early next year. I just want to avoid getting sued until then. I understand that I need to send a DV letter in response...and I will add the limited C&D as I want them to stop calling me. I have researched and wondered if Sassy's short and sweet DV is the way I should go. Also, if anyone has dealt with this CA and could share your experience. Any help would be appreciated!!
  13. Thanks so much for the responses! It is great to have a few options to try. I will post when I have an update. Have a good one!
  14. Thanks so much. That helps. I will report what results I get.
