  4. Tell them you want to upgrade to a Venture 2% card, and get them to waive the fee for the first year. No luck Sent from my SM-G930T using Tapatalk with the Venture or the AF?I would apply for the Venture for the SUB and then switch your old card to the QS. JMHO and good luck The two offers that were available to me the ventureone, or the Quicksilver without the annual fee. They would not let me PC to the venture 2% Sent from my SM-G930T using Tapatalk

  6. Yes, he is not. It seems the Quicksilver is basically the same as the Quicksilver 1, minus the fee, which I get refunded anyway, so it's basically the same. Sent from my SM-G930T using Tapatalk
  7. I have rebuilt my credit over the past 3 years. Now that I have a barclay and C1, this is the first time I am doing the point cash back game so I dont really have any 'habits' yet. Sent from my SM-G930T using Tapatalk
  8. Hi, two offers are available to upgrade my card. Quicksilver or no annual fee venture. Just looking at the specifics now. Which one is a better deal? Sent from my SM-G930T using Tapatalk
  9. There must be something about medical reasons? And I'm not saying to do this but even if you did make a letter from a doctor, and they called the doctor, if you did or did not go to that doctor they would not release that information for reasons of patient confidentiality. 10. You didn't read my thread on the subject and are making lots of assumptions. They closed the only useable location with no notice (I'm talking it's fully functioning on a Thursday and chained shut on a Friday) and refuse to cancel my membership. They signed my wife up at said location 2 or 3 weeks before closure. You think that was appropriate? They won't cancel hers either. The contract says if there is a gym within 25 miles of my location, they won't cancel. There is. And it doesn't specify anything about them closing or me moving. So they are within their rights from my perspective. I can't. They are within their contractual rights to continue to charge me and they will not agree to terminate membership. Find a good reason to bail out like moving too far. Send them a polite, business like letter informing them of your intent to not continue with membership. You may claim hardship as a reason. Keep records of communication that you will use if they try to trash your credit and the issue goes to court. Oh we are way past that. This isn't just a first course action I thought up. I might take them to court regardless with some start up who wouldn't mind some local pro-bono work. I have spoken with management and the owners (who assured me I would get it cancelled). The BBB could not generate a response from them after 3 contact attempts. They refuse to mediate through the Consumer Affairs dept either. No responses to facebook messages or twitter @s. A small local chain. It's wildly childish, I'm fully aware. I'm very confident that even if they tried to stick me with a collection that they would screw it up somehow and nothing will ever come of it. Hi, no assumptions I was only going on what is in your first post. And the aforementioned is not in your first post, sorry I did not mean to cause any trouble Sent from my SM-G930T using Tapatalk
  11. Everything you posted is horrible, you signed the contract and now you're trying to slander the company because they won't let you out? Planet Fitness $10 a month no contract. If you read the contract closely there's always a way out. Medical reasons, moving to a location where there's no gym. Be creative comma but do not slander the company because you made a mistake.
  12. What does this mean? Priority: 1) Utilization 2) After 1 is lower, continue with rebuild Not trying to be smart, but it means exactly what it says. Do you not understand? Sent from Mars Rover using recycled Mars dust. He's confused because "rebuilding" here is typically credit-related only. Maybe you are "remodeling" or "redoing" a luxury item ha. Autocorrect strikes again! Sent from Mars Rover using recycled Mars dust.

  14. OK, I spent the last couple years rebuilding and now I have to work on the negatives. Also, I cut all my credit cards up and just pay them every month. Unfortunately I am rebuilding a luxury item and I have been using the cloc for that. Sent from Mars Rover using recycled Mars dust.
  15. Got it, been working on that. Sent from my SGH-M919 using Tapatalk
