  4. That's what I thought so I went to my bank, called my Realtor, and her broker. Apparently it's normal to deposit money into your checking account. YOU CAN EVEN DEPOSIT MONEY INTO YOUR FAMILY'S CHECKING ACCOUNT IF YOU HAVE CONSENT.
  5. The lender wont allow me to use the money I have available to close. It's a from a tax refund(verified). Family member will have to gift me the funds to close. The lender is asking for bank statements from them(family member) also. I'm in Tennessee if that makes a difference.
  6. Yep did that. They are requesting counter deposit slips to detail what the deposit was.
  7. The underwriter/loan officer/who knows is now asking for more verification of deposits made over $100. LOL there are 3 deposit in my checking account ($200, 250,138) can I be disqualified if they don't accept my verification of where the deposits came from? I loaned money to my sister years ago and she's paying me back. I didn't know it wasn't normal to deposit money in to your checking account. I'm losing my mind.
  8. 1.) Two years aint majic. You'll have to start new credit and explain inquiries.( I was told 3 new TL correct me if im wrong) 2.) You are at the mercy of the underwiter. Be ready to justify and explain stuff on your credit report from the beginning of your credit history. 3.) You need to deposit money so it can be verified. I made the mistake of dealing with cash and now am suffering emotionally and mentally. 4.) keep you bank statements. keep them clean dont deposit any extra money you cant justify.   9. I've been told 3 positive tl. The length of time won't hurt you too bad, but you will have to provide and explanation for the inquiry and it will slightly effect your credit history avg. I opened one 2 weeks before and boost my score 15 points.
  10. BOA or first Tennessee closed the account. I no longer have online access. I was able to order the statements and they should be here in a week. BIGGER problem I remember having some cash the night we wrote the contract and also running around trying to find an ATM because the agents office wasn't set up for credit or debit purchases. I didn't make a $3000.00 withdrawal. I withdrew some money cant remember how much (since it was 9/2014) The only thing I know for sure is If anyone is looking for a $3000 withdrawal on a statement Its not there. SHOULD I JUST GIVE UP NOW?!?! why is this so hard?
  11. SOOOO I want to buy my current house. I entered into a lease purchase arrangement and paid $3000 upfront. This was in 2014. BOA was bought out by another bank and now there are no BOA locations here. They (the power's that be) want BOA statements. I freaked out and called to see what my options were. I was informed that if I could not provide those statements that this was a deal breaker... WHAT AM I SUPPOSED TO DO?!?!?!? :cry2:

  13. I'm in the process of disputing items with Equifax. My score dropped 40 points in less than 24 hrs attempting to have some (6) medical collections removed that were included in bankruptcy. The collections were removed from exp and tu no issues.
  14. My broker told me to just write a letter of explanation for my bankruptcy. I hope that takes care of it.
