    Greenpath

All of my accounts have been closed. They are all current and all have agreed to the plan. Greenpath explained sometimes the creditors will sell your account while your in debt management even after they agreed to the proposal. I was told to send them every letter I receive so they can start the proposal all over again. I will add that greenpath was able to get my cards down to 1.9% so I will be able to pay of my debt faster. My scores did drop to 550 across the board. I do have 4 credit card accounts still opened that have 10 plus years of good payment history. I was able to talk them down on the interest myself. I have 5.9% for the next 12 months. I have two open auto loans at 4% that are in good standing. I am concerned that the collection agencies will put those accounts on my reports while I am paying them off. I have no plans to purchase anything over the next few years however I don’t want to have collections on my reports for the next 7 years. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  2. I am using greenpath for all my credit cards. They are all current on payments but the accounts are closed. I have a couple of accounts that have sold to collection agencies. Has this happened to anyone else or is this normal? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

  4. Thank you for replying back. I was just reading their reviews online. I already have all my bills together along with my monthly budget in order. In 2 months I should have the rest of the last surgery paid in full so that should free up a large amount of money to add to the pay off on my cards. I was discouraged and disappointed in myself with all the 30 days past due but after going through all my mail early this morning and realizing where all my money went to I feel optimistic now over my situation. The total medical bills was over 1.2 million. Out of what insurance paid and what we paid in cash what debt I have now is just a small drop in the bucket. Lesson learned. Don’t let mail pile up for months unopened scared to see what’s inside those envelopes. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  5. Good morning! I am looking for an reputable debt consolidation company to help out with my credit card debt. I have around $14,000 in debt at the moment. For the past 2 years my child has been in and out of the hospital with many long stays and multiple surgeries. All the debt I have is from paying all the co-pays. We had another surprise surgery a month ago that has wiped me out at the moment. I am now 30 days late on a few. I know the next couple of months will be ugly getting back on track. I have read where you can talk to them yourselves but I am honestly too mentally exhausted. I don’t want to do debt settlement with my creditors at this time. I’m in Texas and if anyone has used an company here I would greatly appreciate some feed back. Thank you! Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk

    Hippa process

Good morning everyone! I woke up this morning to 4 medical collections being put back on my Equifax credit report. Equifax deleted them back in January of this year using the Hippa process. What do I need to do now? I also have to Two that came back verified and they sent me a bill after I did the medical dv letter. Thank you guys so much. I am blown away on how much I have learned in the past 4 months by just reading everything I can. Have a great day!
