To get back to having the 800 credit scores we had at one time before imports put us out of business and killed our credit.
  1. Outside of Michigan fans, who ever thinks back 101 years? Championships won before any player on the current team was born are more of an interesting nugget of information than anything else. lol ... BF you got a signed OSU leather helmet in that closet of yours somewhere? No other choice to look at the total picture. Certain people want to pick out certain years to their advantage so why not use all the data. Better yet, since many want to pick certain years, I did to, the last 5 years the B10 has hammered the SEC in total games played. not in BCS games which is what REALLY counts. the SEC has the best record of ANY conference since the BCS started in 1999 What.. so now its only in BCS games. Come on Canes you pick and choose what suits your liking.
  2. Long story that would take more space then the owners have. I can tell you one thing, you must understand your credit file completely, how it is suppose to look and that each TL has a different plan of attack. Once you understand that, read the FDCRA and FCRA top to bottom. Knowledge is wealth in this game, the more you know the better you will be. Yes, I had many set backs, stumbled many times but I never, NEVER gave up. The more ground I lost the harder I worked. Allot of people do not want to put in the time it takes and give the effort to do this, well..... It is extremely worth it. Always think positive, it helps through the tough times. Always take the time to understand what you are doing. Always have patience, mistakes can cost you. Do like I did, I put a goal on the wall above my desk on the wall, as I reached a goal I marked it of, it gives you the strength to keep on going. And never give up, like Jack sigy says, never back down and always believe in yourself and in what you are doing. The results will better your life, it has mine and more importantly my families. I am a husband and a dad and it is my job to care for them and make sure they have the things they need and want, so with that said, I went for it mainly because I want to make sure there lives are better. I just got rid of one of the hardest OC's on the planet, and it took 2 years of going after them but it paid off in the long run. With that said, learn, set goals, attack only a few at a time and post your results so other can see them. Also, I always like to give back, I try to make time to help people when I can. This is not easy and if we all help each other it will in turn help someone get closer to a better life. Go for it, it can be done. Awesome advice by the way how is the new family busienss comming along>>????? Thanks for asking. Finally got the sewer issue resolved today, the swere dept super was making decisions that were NOT his to make. I went to the county commissioners and took care of his big headed ways real quick. He is a boss and thinks he makes the rules as he goes. He wont return my calls today but the CC assured me the problem is fixed... oh yea.

  4. That is a great analogy, records show the Big Ten beating up on the SEC in the last 5 years with head to head competition, you cannot change the records Canes, they are for real. Read above, even crappy little Minnesota is 2-0 vs sec. LSU would get wiped off the hotel floor by USC, bigger, better, faster, stronger and more talented. I can say this about LSU, they have had someone looking down on them with barely winning 4 games and which one was a homer call when he did not make it into the end zone. West Virgina would beat LSU. Defend them all you want, they should be in a BCS bowl and should be playing Kansas in the Wizard of Oz Bowl Game.
  5. USC is the best team in the country over all. LSU doesnt deserve to be there no matter what and Ohio State is the only 1 loss team. So, USC and Ohio State should be playing for the Championship and not some lucky team that should have lost 4 games and a possible 5th game who got beat by KENTUCKY... give me a break.
  6. Great So anything positive you want to take out and anything negative you want to leave on. Typical............. You then want to pick and choose the years. So lets do this, in the last five years the little ten has dominated the SEC in the total games played. see above. Get over it already, the SEC has not been as good as your brain thinks it has. All you SEC fans thought Florida would walk all over Michigan and it didnt happen.
  7. And dont forget Michigan has the most wins of any college team history. In all fairness here are some records of SEC/B10 teams in bowl games and how may national championship theyhave won. School Record National Championships Florida 16-18 2 Arkansas 11-21-3 0 Tennesee 24-22 2 Alabama 30-21 11 Georgia 23-16 1 Michigan 18-20 10 Ohio State 18-20 5 Penn State 24-12 5 Illinois 6-8 4 Minnesota 5-7 6 Other powers USC 29-16 9 Oklahoma 24-15 7 Nebraska 22-22 5 Florida St 21-13 2 Texas 23-21 2 Last 5 years of the so called SEC powerhouse vs B10 ten teams 2006 2005 2004 PSU 20 Tenn 10 Wisc 24 Aub 10 Iowa 30 LSU 25 Wisc 17 Ark 14 UF 31 Iowa 24 Minn 20 Bama 16 UF 41 OSU 14 Split 1-1 UGA 24 Wisc 21 B10 2-1 B10 2-1 2003 2002 Iowa 37 UF 17 Mich 38 Fla 30 UGA 34 Pur 27 Aub 13 PSU 9 Aub 28 Wis 14 Minn 29 Ark 14 SEC 2-1 (a rarity) B10 2-1 The last 5 years the B10 has beaten up on the SEC in overall competition. Minnesota..... 2-0 v SEC teams... come on Minnesota! If you look back at 101 years it is almost a dead heat in win v losses, if it wasnt for the Bear the SEC would look pretty darn pittiful when it comes to teams winning a national title.
  8. Go to Disney World !! Nah just kidding. Start working on DW report.

Awesome advice by the way how is the new family busienss comming along>>????? Slow but doing ok. We ran into a water & sewer problem with the licensing and permits that put us back a bit but we are ok. We wanted to seperate the buildings on the property and to do that it was allot of red tape and permits etc. Our water & sewer dept head has been a real pita because we moved some pipes around without his knowledge or his ok and he know has it in for us. But, thats ok, I recently talked to a country commissioner who is on my side so maybe this big headed guy just may have to back down bit. Never realized so many rules apply to moving sewer lines around.
  10. Thank you Jack, that was an awful nice thing to say.

  12. All is well here. Forgot to tell you Congrats on your deletion. Great ! Thank you. You have helped me so much I don't think I could ever repay you for all your words of encouragement and ideas.
  13. My scores when I started credit repair from this board were 330 and two in the 350's. I had two of the 3 over 700's recently until the last two JDB started reporting and dropped them down just below 700. I had a high of 721 before they started reporting. But that is ok, I am confident I can beat them and all 3 will be over 700 in a matter of time.
  14. If an OC has not sold your acct (or kept it in house), how would you dv a CA? An OC is a data furnisher. hint, hint....FCRA..... Well on your report wouldn't you have the OC AND the CA... if it went to a CA. So if you win with a DV to the CA, the OC is still there, how would you get rid of that then? You get rid of it by going disputing the accuracy of the information directly with the data furnisher. Flat out dead on aescutie !!
  15. I have had allot of success timing it to where the JDB buys the debt, I dispute with the CRAs on the OC's ( they have to at least report it as a 0 balance now that they sold it ) and with alittle luck and timing they fail to verify it and it gets deleted. With this OC it has been stuck forever and I was JUST WAITING for the day it got sold so I could try this because they have fought me to no end. With no OC's left now I have time to kick the last two on my report butts. I am ready to rock and roll on them so I can finally get a clean report. Never... never thought it would ever happen for at least 4 more years. Hey Curious and Jack, how are you doing?
