  1. Youve mentioned hitachi capital for several years, but I've not found a way to be able to get them on the phone or to begin the application process. What advice can you offer for this.
  2. I'll bite. Supplyworks is actually interlinebrands, which was purchased as a whole, by Home Depot. In fact, as a part of the migration of supplyworks and home depot, they've sent out pro cards attached to Supply works CL, that can be used in store. At some point, I expect they'll do away with the starter line, and move to Home Depot's credit process. But, who is related to supplyworks that's easier to get than the starter line?
  3. Told my wife I'd check with CB, before I called my attorney to see if there's something actionable. Ultimately, they're going to come after me for the deficiency, which will be 20% higher than last year. They're dinging it, because they know I want to clear it up. I'm certain that if I offered to pay it in full they'd be willing to delete the damn trade. It has zero value to them, but they recognize the tradeline has value to me, just wondering how much! Isn't this kind of manipulation illegal. I mean, I've not paid a penny on this car in going on a year and a half I've thought about it, what would make them accept it? My concern is having to trailer it right on back across the two mountains I have to go through to get it there. Defense to that is ; Plaintiff failed to mitigate damages , plaintiff's own conduct, or by the conduct of its agents, representatives, and consultants and yes . installment loans have to be charged off after 120 days if they are not sending statements, they cannot charge further interest what you should do is immortalized this ( refusal to repossess, refusal to settle, etc. date and time of all conversations, etc. etc. ) all in a letter to the creditor, state you're performing a surrender of the vehicle by dropping it off at the dealership on such and such a day send it CMRR. Okay, I will get working on the letter, and send the letter out the same day the vehicle is dropped off. No time to really wait for it to get there, or is that a mistake as well? What is my recourse for the way this has been reporting for the past year? Am I just going to have to eat it, and move on with it no longer reporting? I'm fine with it reporting my failure to make a payment up until the point it was charged off, but shouldn't it show as a charged off/collection account, not a late payment?

  5. The fact that they're making ZERO effort to retrieve the asset, or collect on the debt, but reporting it as MY failure has gotta be violating something? Right? At the very least, some sort of cost manipulation, in that they won't pick it up to sell at public auction. The value of the vehicle is decreasing, for which they'll assign a deficiency for! Sorry, thank you for responding. Lol
  6. Purchased a 2012 fusion using consumer portfolio services. Scattered payment history. Last payment I made was in July of 2016, leaving a balance of 12k. Collection calls started, of course, and were almost relentless, though they never attempted to pick it up. Wife and I moved 11/16 20ish miles away, to a bigger piece of land. Repo agents LOCATED the car at back of lot(though quite accessible, just out of MY way) in 1/2017, but they "weren't going to tear up my yard to get it" left card with my wife as I was out of town on business and asked that I call them when I pull it out(again, car is quite accessible, and in plain sight). Creditor has an updated address, and has stopped sending statements, or bills(attempts to collect a debt). And where I used to get calls from an account manager roughly bi-weekly-monthly, from 1/17 to I think June was the last call, I've gotten absolutely nothing. I've made an offer of 4K and 6k to settle the debt and delete the tradeline, they've declined. I've made it clear my only consideration would be to settle the account and delete the tradeline, nothing else is helpful, and that the car is not current on registration and not moving(hasn't moved since we moved in. Problem is - creditor is no longer making any attempts to collect on the debt, no phone calls, no visits by agents, no monthly statements, I don't even have an account I can sign into on line anymore. They've not filed a writ of replevin to get it, IF I was holding it from them, which I'm not. They continue to report that the account is past due or late, making my rebuild that much more difficult. Since the DOFD, I've not made a single late payment on anything else, but have even bought and paid off another auto loan to report next month. How do I fix it. Ideally I'd like to delete the trade. If not, I'd like to see reporting changed for the past year to the charge-off that it is, or chocolate, just get them to stop reporting late at this point. Shouldn't they have charged off and closed account after 180 days?
  7. Put some cash down, and you should have no issue with getting an auto loan.
  8. I don't remember the experian thread, but I need to use it for a new business. has anyone found it?
  9. There is still such a thing as equity within a leased vehicle. if the residual value was negotiated too low(which is what your buy back would be), you can sell the car to carmax or another auto buyer, and pocket the rest.
  10. Just received instant approvals for newegg and amazon for 5k a piece, off of a corp created in 1/2017 to shelter business in texas. Only recently started creating accounts. not using the parent as a factor at all, no-pg. only account we do have is Uline, that I ordered in may, and has been sitting in my office literally taking up space. Everything we've needed we've "purchased" from the parent corp or a subsidiary. in the flooring business. trying to think of any other sync accounts that have instant approvals. going to run with it!
  11. go national! We are in several mid-atlantic states now, and are looking to expand nationally!
  12. no kidding? I never knew this Haven't seen you in a while!!! hows it going brother, I see you've updated your signature with an Ally lease? tell me about it
