  1. Again I repeat I am in the business of funding not credit repair. I have relationships with lenders to obtain business funding over 100k. This client I am writing back is a long time friend of mine who asked me for help. He knows I am in the funding business. I am trying to learn how I can help him repair his credit, get him approved for a few credit cards and get him where he needs to qualify for the funding he needs for his business.
  2. I don't charge to repair someone's credit. That is not my specialty. I only make money when I am able to range funding for my clients. Hence why I am coming here to ask the advice of the experts. Instead of the comments how about some productive feedback here.
  3. I am not a credit repair specialist. I help my clients obtain personal and business funding. Hence the question.
  4. I have a file in 680 range on all three bureaus. My client was previously working with another firm who shopped his file around for funding and racked up Inquiries. The client also racked up denials from the following banks: Chase Bank of America Barclays US Bank 4 Inquiries in the last month alone. He has not had an approval in the last month. Total of 13 Inquiries on his Equifax in the last 6 months. He has two credit card accounts; One with two payment history and the other account with one year payment history. At what point can he approach lenders ? Does he need to wait 3 months, 4 months, 6 months, etc… before the inquiries are considered old and not relevant to lenders ? We would like to pick up one of two more approvals before we hold off. Equifax has 13 Recent Inquiries. No Negatives. Low Utilization. We want to approach a credit union or a lender that will approve for funding with Equifax showing the 13 Inquiries.
  5. Ok thank you. Should I focus on banks or credit unions ?
  6. Yes it says. Disclaimer: Please be aware that I am not personally approving your loan application. Any comments, suggestions, or advice I may make are solely based on the information you provide me on the below application. Therefore, please, just answer the specific question asked in the application without extraneous comments. My ability to secure loans for any consumer is based on an intimate knowledge of my lenders policies and procedures along with an extremely personal relationship with each of my credit analysts. I am unable to predict an interest rate. To me this implies that you go and try to secure a loan after you give it the green light. Am I Interperting this correctly ?
  7. I sent you my personal file. It is for my benefit.
  8. I do car flips. My company has buyers who come knocking on the door. They request specific cars that my company goes out and searches for. When we find one of the cars they requested we get an auto loan. After loan approval we turn around purchase the car, resell to the customer and payoff the auto loan.
  9. Ok I fixed it up. Let me know if this is ok. A credit repair I was working with told me to go and payoff the bill. I paid it off in March. My credit reports show this as paid. However, for an odd reason Experian has a note stating I paid it off but that I paid less than the amount owed. This is Not True. I owed $95.00 ( I have a copy of a bill ) and I actually paid Verizon Wirelss $112.0. I paid off Verizon Wireless directly.
