I did it bcus they report to ur personal and business reports to help build the credit...... Creditera just changed hands this week, just go to their website and they take you to the new company website.
  2. FUSIONCREDIT: What TL do you currently have and their limits please. Thank you.
  3. FOR THE REST OF US, here is where JB´s is located: BJ's Wholesale Club has over 200+ locations in 15 states: Connecticut Delaware Florida Georgia Maine Maryland Massachusetts New Hampshire New Jersey New York North Carolina Ohio Pennsylvania Rhode Island Virginia
  4. tbea1004: Could you give us the following data: What type of entity: C Corp? When was the company registered? How did you obtain the D&B number. Self populate? Government site? Asked for it from D&B? Which Trade Lines are reporting?, ( the three you mentioned are reporting) Which OTHER Trade Lines have you applied for and when? Are all applications without a SSN# Thanks.
  5. Is the construction business "general" or a specialty trade? I would imagine you could several companies and make certain that they all bring in less than $50,000 a year. Like ABC LLC., BCD LLC., etc. Are you going to allow this one to self populate onto D&B? Or are you going to request a number, like through the government site? Thanks for sharing your new experiences.
  6. cats 1 I spend a lot of time up by the Olmos Project in Northern Lambayeque. Which if you want to make a tonne of money, that is the hot spot, bring in 800,000 new jobs in the next few years. The goverment just set aside 7,000 hectares (18,000 acres) to build out a new city (SUTTON) and committed the funds to build 22,000 housing units starting in the 2nd quarter. I am understanding that you are in the process of purchasing an apartment building from the government? Interesting? In Lima? Humm. Is this one of those vacant tall building and you wish to finish it off as an apartment building? I have some S.A. and S.A.C. in Perú, (1999-2005) -these are C Corps in the USA- and mostly deal with environmental projects, some mining too. Have you spoken to the D&B representative in Lima? I think he can get you a number. I would form an S.A.C. or a E.I.L.R. (Empresa Individual de Responsabilidad Limitada), which is similar to an LLC in the USA. Cats 1, you are definitely going to need a tax number from SUNAT to be doing business or buying from the government in Perú. How did you or who did you get to open a credit line at Sodimac without a R.U.C. tax number? BE VERY CAREFUL, these people are tremendous and expert at taking you to the cleaners, I have over 30 years experience in dealing in Perú. I hope you did not hire a lawyer to do this with Sodimax. That is the first step to getting totally robbed - legally. Ya, you need help and the Commercial Dept of the US Embassy in SURCO, LIMA, is definitely one place to get orientation. Also there is a government agency which deals in only large investments by foreigners. If any of these people offer you "on the side " help, like "let´s go for a cup of coffee" just beware, okay. Been there, done that. Creditwiser
  7. Annouri ELmokhtar; What do you want to know? What type of company do you want to open in South Carolina?
  8. GOOGLE Ariens Company. They acquired select assets of three specialty direct marketing brands from W. W. Grainger: Gempler’s, Ben Meadows and AW Direct. It is good to find out who owns who before applying for Trade Lines, this can help develop a strategy for getting in on the ground floor of a creditor who is somewhat difficult to obtain a Trade Line; first obtain credit from a subsidiary company. Look at how many companies Staples ownes now, wow.
  9. Thank you for the comments. I realize that SERVE, BLUEBIRD and REDBIRD (prepaid RED Card) do not directly build credit. Although when used as a financial tool, yes they are a important part of a scheme to build credit. I personal think that the Prepaid RED Card is superior to BLUEBIRD and to SERVE products...used as a tool to build credit. There can be a significant credit card load per month, which in turn could be planned into a MS process. "Target will provide you with 5% off purchases paid for with your Prepaid REDcard at Target stores in the U.S. and Target.com, except on prescriptions, Target gift cards and prepaid cards, Target Clinic® services, Target Optical® eye exams, and where prohibited by law. 5% discount applies to eligible purchases minus any other discounts and the value of any promotional Target gift cards received in the transaction. See program rules in Target store or Target.com/prepaidredcard for details. Target reserves the right to discontinue or alter the terms of the program at any time." These cards are available from Target Stores in 17 states; those participating in their present marketing study. Need help? You know what to do.
  10. Creditwiser. Oh, by the way, I got very upset when I found out about the Jeckel Island Agreement, the 16th Amendment, the FedResAct 1913,the 12 Districts, etc. So I stopped participating; closed up and went to cash only,no banks and no credit. That was 23 years ago. So now I am older and see that not much has changed so I am coming back to the trough. The Big Three don't recognize that I exist (fallen off) and I am jumping through their hoops to establish a credit file. I realize this is going to take time. So I am at CreditBoards reading about this subject (building credit) so I can start from scratch, as some things have changed in this area. Thanks again for any help, particularly on how to make full use of SERVE and any other related credit and/or account.
  11. Alright, I need to make three posts. Is there a "wiki" or a "Complete salamanders Guide" to using this Board (Creditsboard). I have searched and can not find such information on how to use this correctly. Meanwhile, I understand that Bluebird/Serve are AMEX products with Bluebird specifically tied to WALMART. SERVE is a nationwide AMEX standalone product. "Redbird" is a newer AMEX product tied to TARGET. Their best "product" is limited to 17 states+- in a marketing roll-out right now; talking about directly obtaining this at their brick and mortar stores. Also I understand that all three of these AMEX products are use limited to one SSN (account holder), so one must choose between Redbird, Bluebird or SERVE. I do not want to acknowledge how to use CC on any of these products for loading, spending, MS or anything else, less I might get "thumbs down" from more experienced Board members. I am interested in obtaining information on how to correctly use any of these AMEX products for credit purposes, increase spends, etc., ect., "read between the lines" and such. Thanks.
  12. I do not know how to send a PM here. I am new, looking for the information you have available on using SERVE. Thanking you in advance. Creditwiser.
  13. Sorry to ask this question. I can not find how to send a PM on this Board site. I wish to communicate with "mendelssohn". Can someone direct me to what to read concerning sending PM here? Thank you very much.
