  1. I wanted to know if anyone on the board remembers reading a post that someone shared dealing with bond companies? The person showed a letter that she created for a bond company that packed a mean punch. I'm pretty sure the person who wrote the letter was a lawyer and I vividly remember she was moving out of her office that day and she posted the letter online when she returned. If someone can point me in the right direction of the post or even the person who wrote the letter I would really appreciate it. TIA
  2. Thanks FXguy, but I pulled the trigger so now I'm going to wait and see what will come of this. I live in Texas so I'm not worried about the lawsuit and its beyond the SOL so I'm crossing my fingers and waiting.
  3. I sure will cv9195. As for the smart guy, instead of assuming something that you know absolutely nothing about you should just keep your opinions to yourself because thats exactly what they are OPINIONS. I see a lot of your posts and its obvious you don't know what you comment on. My post is a prime example of that, all you have to do is read the post and you will see exactly what I wanted from the situation. Your comment doesn't even help in no way shape or form and if its not helping someone then why even comment? Oh I completely understand why, now your one of those mr know it all types who thinks his $! don't stink. Well sorry to disappoint you buddy but what you think of my situation is completely opposite so the only toilet you will be going down is the one of your own and I'm willing to bet its going to be by yourself. You have a good day sir and next time try and stay positive, if you can't then just stay off the pg.
  4. Cv91915 thanks a lot, thats exactly right and after further research I believe I have found an answer to my problem. I have all the ammo thats needed for the fight now I'm just putting it together. I'll keep you posted on the outcome. Tiggerlgh yes thats what will happened if I just sit around and not do anything. Kuuner its very obvious what I want in this situation, If anyone has a negative account on their report I would think everyone would want the same thing and obviously to get it completely removed from the account smart guy.
  5. Yes but for some reason I can't get responses
  6. Cv91915 the mortgage is reporting as late. But I haven't made a payment in over 5 yrs and by there records there saying the dofd is 2010 but I know for a fact it was in 2008 with the original provider. Also I was wondering because they don't have the the 2008 pay history is that a good fight to pick with the CB?
  7. My story is complicated so hopefully I can get some good responses. I got a big break today with a mortgage situation. My fiancé sister got me my the pay history on a mortgage account. The loan was given to me in 2008 by TAYLOR BEAN AND WHITAKER. They are now shut down and no longer in business and the owner is doing 30 yrs in the FEDS. <------ I wonder why???? Anyway BOA got the loan back in 2009, and even though I don't have proof of it except for an old credit report, the dofd should be in 2008, and thats what showing on the old credit report. Also I know it was in 2008 because when they got the loan it was a payment behind and the reason I know that is because I sent TB&W a payment western union and they never picked it up. I never realized this until about 2 yrs ago. I got a letter in the mail from western union stating they have money on hold that belongs to me that I sent to someone that never picked it up from 2008. Once I realized what it was I tried to recover my money and info on who it was that I sent it to, and they told me even though they have the money, they can't release it to me because of some big lawsuit thats been going on for the past 4 yrs that involves peoples situations similar to mine. They basically don't want to pay the consumers the interest they made off the millions of dollars they are holding. So now back to the loan. BOA transferred the loan to Carrington Mortgage in 2014. Going by what I said earlier this situation proves the dofd is supposed to be in 2008, and also I read somewhere that mortgages are not supposed to be purchased by another service provider while not in a positive state. If this is true then thats a violation on their behalf, and on top of that I got my pay history from BOA today and they don't even have my payment history from 2008. All they have is 2009-2014, I thought they are suppose to get all information that is attached to your file when they purchase a debt. The pay history back in 2008 from taylor bean and whitaker is no where to be found, but BOA has it starting from 2009 in June. Once a service provider buys a loan are the documents supposed to have the complete history and everything else in it? Also for some reason they have not foreclosed on the home. So with all that said I would like to know if I truly have a shot at getting this removed from my reports? Any suggestions is greatly appreciated Also a side note, I called the bureaus to ask about this account and one of them told me that the TB&W had been deleted from my account. The thing is for some unknown reason TB&W had been deleted from my reports back in 2011. I mentioned this because when I was talking to the CB rep. I never mentioned TB&W name, they just told me about it. Once I asked the young lady if she sees the history there on TB&W she said no, but I know she was lying. Why would they have the name on there files but not the pay history, That made no sense to me. Also I thought the CB delete info out of there systems when an account is removed

  9. ICANHASMUNY I hope this message can find you. Im sure you probably don't remember my story so hopefully you will see it in this thread. I got a big break today with that mortgage situation. My fiancé sister got me my the pay history on the account. Come to find out now BOA doesn't even have the pay history back in 2008 from taylor bean and whitaker. They have it starting from 2009 in June. Once a servicer gets the documents are they supposed to have the complete history of it? Does this sound like I'm headed in the right direction to you? Because this month here is when my dofd started 7 YRS AGO
  10. No AnnMichele I have 10 more negatives left on my reports and my fiancé has 17 left on hers. I just got another jdb named AFNI that popped up this wk, its reporting an old AT&T bill. After reading up on them on here I think I should be able to get rid of them with a nicely put together letter. This board has been a tremendous help to me and my fiancé. Thanks Tweak
  11. tweak did you send your dv letter to the CA 1st and then to the CB after that? Also how old was the debt that they were trying to collect on?
  12. So I disputed this account on my Experian and it came back verified, once I got the letter back from Experian saying they completed the investigation blah blah blah, and this account is verified and will remain on my file I got this letter in the mail from Mercantile Adj. Here's my thing with this situation. I never sent Mercantile Adj. a dispute letter so why would I get this back from them? Now I know I'm not the sharpest tool in the shed, but this letter clearly states someone is lying to me!!!!! If Experian has verified the account with them, then why would Mercantile send me a letter that clearly states they were not able to do a full investigation on the above account? If you can't do a full investigation on my account then that means I should have gotten a letter that says you couldn't verify the INFORMATION ON THE account and it will be removed from my reports. Needless to say that didn't happen. Once I got this letter I immediately called Experian's dispute dept and talked to them about my recent dispute, I said I'm calling about a recent dispute I did on Mercantile Adj, they said yes sir it came back verified, I then said well can you tell me how did it come back verified when they sent me a letter clearly stating that they couldn't do a full investigation? They then said what do you mean, I then read to this letter I received from Mercantile Adj VERBATIM!!!!!!! Once I did that they said please hold and after about 10 min on hold they came back and said UH WERE GOING TO JUST REMOVE THIS ACCOUNT BECAUSE IT HAS REACHED ITS REPORTING TIME ON YOUR ACCOUNT. I said ok thanks I'll take that victory lol but it seems to me someone didn't want any trouble.
  13. lol EternalDebtSlayer that was test and I figured that I would use an old post of mine to try it out. I was trying to figure out how can I post a picture in a pm or in a post, and I finally figured it out. thx for your responses also
