  1. So today I checked my credit report to see how bad my score tanked after I financed a new truck a few weeks ago. Low an behold I discover 2 collection accounts one from Jefferson Capital and the other from USCB Corp both posted around July 24-28, 2017. I haven't received any collection notices by mail nor any phone calls. So I was gonna initiate a DV tomorrow but instead I files a complaint with the BBB stating both companies violated the FDCPA Collection Practice by placing a collection account on my credit report without sending a letter to me and failed to follow FDCPA by not sending a letter giving the consumer time to dispute or validate the alleged debt within the allowed 30-day time frame that is allowed by law. I might still send the DV with a limited Cease and Desist just in case. However, from what I've read on other posts when you go through the BBB the trades get deleted, the accounts are closed out completely and no futher collection attempts are made. They even make sure the accounts aren't sold for someone else to harass you. Fingers crossed
  2. Penn Foster is not a school that is federally funded in any way. They are a work at your own pace type school and you pay fully out of pocket either in full or through a payment plan. There are no student loans whats so ever. As for getting it deleted you should have initially sent a P4D letter stating you are only able and willing to pay a curtain amount to clear the debt if they will agree to delete it one the payment is made in full. You want to also add that the payment will be sent in certified funds only and they must respond in writing within 15 days.
  3. Yes, can only be done store. Actually you should be able to apply for membership online. Last time I was on the website that was an option.
  4. I was approved for BP (fleetcor) under the 1/3 down program. As you stated if you don't want to PG with them you may be required to provide a deposit but can get that back througj a requalification after about a year. My LLC was started in February 2016 and my file with Experian & DnB is about 4 months old.
  5. Quill is gonna require you to prepay atleast 3 orders before the will approve a Net30. I was luck to get a NET30 with them without this step because I already had 2 TL reporting on EX. Also you have to pay your invoice via check and the orders must be over $50 for them to report. That's not true. @BRBiz this is the information that has been given to me by Quill CSR. I wouldn't have posted it if I hadn't heard it from them persoanally.
  6. Doesn't matter how you pay your bill it reports. This is what was told to me by a rep in the A/R department "the order has to be $50 or more and you have to pay by check for them to report". She also said this was the requirements DnB gave them. @sgleich I also pay online and my account has yet to report.
  7. How about Grainger, Seton, Supplyworks..........you are quite a ways from Dell and an auto loan, these are not easy accounts to get with a light file. @Giloka67 Supplyworks application requests a PG

  9. Update: So I created an account with MSC and Amsterdam. Contacted them via chat and had my FTIN and Duns# added to the account. As you guys had advised I received a Net30 $1000 from MSC. Not sure about Amsterdam but will be placing my first order next week on both.
  10. Hello Everyone, I regisyeted my LLC in Feb 2016. So far I have Uline (Net30), Quill (Net30) & Strategic Network Solutions (Net30 $1000). I applied for BP Solutions Fuel card through Fleetcor but they wanted PG. Quill informed me that I had to pay my invoices by check either by phone or mail in order for them to report to DNB and the amount had to be over $50. They also denied me the 6 month installment account for $700 even though i make purchased 5 times a month and pay the invoices as soon as the items arrive. Uline reported auto automatically no issues there and thankfully SNS reports and gives credit references. I was thinking of doing a Secured CC with my bank I have my business bank account with. Also might pull the trigger and use Monopolize Your Marketplace credit builder program (just purchasing their 10 disk CD by making 4/$59.99 payments).
