  1. Thanks for this! Apped, instant approval $12.5k Only one other Barclay (arrival+) on 8/22/2014
  2. Thanks! I'm gonna fire off these follow ups today. UPDATE: 1. Removed old addresses (not really necessary since current address is Addy of debt) 2. July 2014 - Sent initial dispute to all 3 CRAs which all came back verified with no additional information. 3. August 3,2014 - sent medical DV to CA 4. August 5,2014 - received by CA 5. As of today Sept 24, 2014 - no response from CA 6. Sept 24, 2014 - sent follow ups to all 3 CRAs 7. Oct. 27, 2014 - Equifax/Transunion have removed medical collection from reports. Experian (surprise...) still remains and has stated it has already verified previously. What is my next step? It looks as the letter I received from EX a couple weeks ago was a form letter and was not a proper DV. Please advise. Thanks!
  3. Yay. Finally a reason to take it out for the next few months.

  5. Ok I need some advice on next step to take. Quick summary of the steps I've taken using WhyChat's HIPAA method. I am trying to pay and remove 1 med debt, 2 years old, that is reporting on all 3 cras. 1. Removed old addresses (not really necessary since current address is Addy of debt) 2. 6. Congratulations! So was your cli less than 90 days from opening? And they did a new HP? Trying to figure out if I should request my cli.
  7. UPDATE: Received a call from Amex F/R this afternoon and all holds released with no changes to my accounts!
  8. Skipped in august as well and C* last week here in Nevada. Just enough time to clean up EQ last month. Thought they forgot about me!
  9. I know they include spousal income because the rep specifically asked if my stated income was household or individual. Which is not a problem for me since I file joint return. Though borrowers that include income outside of a joint return may run into issues.
  10. Ficos are in my signature. I have started hippaa process. Been back and forth with OC/CA the past couple months. Should be clearing soon. Sorry, I usually post from my phone and signatures don't show up. With the limits and EX FICO you have, I think you did way too much too soon, especially the M$. No worries. I'm usually on my phone as well. I suspected I would eventually get FR'ed because of all the spending I planned on doing. Guess it's better to get it over with now. Though I know I'll be revisited later if they decide to keep my business.

  12. Well, looks like I got the dreaded FR today. I have 3 amexes opened in the last 2 weeks (PRG/OldBlue $5k cl/SPG$1k cl). Although, there hasn't been any method to their madness here are some data points: 1.) Big spending on all cards almost immediately ranging from bills, tuition, MS, and some large purchases. Total between the 3 ~$12k. 2.) Yes, I did play with the spending ability button numerous times. Checked ~10k amounts on PRG. 3.) HHI = $120k+ 4.) overall util across all accounts 1% 5.) only 1 unpaid med coll ~$700 2 years ago. Otherwise clean reports. 6.) AAOA ~6 years I suspect I was already on the radar with my rapid spending, but this morning when I hit the spending button for fun to check if my PRG would clear $12k it immediately referred me to call CSR. Maybe it's not a myth afterall. I received a call soon after from a pleasant lady that I was going under an FR and my accounts were suspended until the 4506T was filled out. I faxed in the forms soon after and now patiently waiting. Although, I was truthful about my income, I am nervous on how they feel about my spending patterns. Hope I'm not shutdown!
