I know they include spousal income because the rep specifically asked if my stated income was household or individual. Which is not a problem for me since I file joint return. Though borrowers that include income outside of a joint return may run into issues. -

Ficos are in my signature. I have started hippaa process. Been back and forth with OC/CA the past couple months. Should be clearing soon. Sorry, I usually post from my phone and signatures don't show up. With the limits and EX FICO you have, I think you did way too much too soon, especially the M$. No worries. I'm usually on my phone as well. I suspected I would eventually get FR'ed because of all the spending I planned on doing. Guess it's better to get it over with now. Though I know I'll be revisited later if they decide to keep my business. -

Well, looks like I got the dreaded FR today. I have 3 amexes opened in the last 2 weeks (PRG/OldBlue $5k cl/SPG$1k cl). Although, there hasn't been any method to their madness here are some data points: 1.) Big spending on all cards almost immediately ranging from bills, tuition, MS, and some large purchases. Total between the 3 ~$12k. 2.) Yes, I did play with the spending ability button numerous times. Checked ~10k amounts on PRG. 3.) HHI = $120k+ 4.) overall util across all accounts 1% 5.) only 1 unpaid med coll ~$700 2 years ago. Otherwise clean reports. 6.) AAOA ~6 years
