  1. Amex Platinum and JetBlue with 33 inquiries and 24 new accounts in the last 14 months. I also have the SPG, PRG, and Delta Gold opened in the last 4 months. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  2. I had the LifeMiles card for 12 months and it just graduated. They also allow for one-way redemptions. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  3. I'll try to get them off in a couple of years when I hit the 5 year mark
  4. I settled with an outside CA. The CA never reported to my credit though
  5. As a data point for this threat, I had two COs with BofA from 2013 that I settled in January 2015, roughly $3K each and I settled for ~500 each. I was able to open a secured card with BofA two weeks ago. If there is truly a blacklist, I should be on it. My re-acceptance may be due to my income.
  6. So it sounds like 4 months before the DOFD is the earliest they are going right now.
  7. I have one remaining collection account on my EX. By its DOFD it should fall off in November, but on EX it shows that it will fall off in August. I just called and stated that it was too told to report and asked for it to be removed and the CSA stated that it should technically be removed in November but they are removing it early in August. Should I call again and try to get it deleted now? Am I too early? What is the appropriate follow up?
  8. What is your utilization with synchrony/overall when making this call?
  9. When you say "a while"...? How long do you mean? My firm has a relationship with Citi for private banking and I'm thinking of waiting a couple of months and then trying to get back in with them that way.
  10. I've recently settled charged-off accounts with BofA, Chase, Citi, WF, and HSBC. Most of the blacklist information on this site seems to apply to people who have burned a creditor and never paid or settled, or included that creditor in bankruptcy. Would anyone be willing to share their experience with similar situations? The only issuer that I know will give you a second chance for settling is Amex through their Optima program, but that does not apply to my case. Thanks!
  11. Do you think I would be able to have them remove the charge off and still settle with me for ~25%? I know I could get a better deal if I paid the full amount, but these cards are in the 2.5-3.5K range and I just don't have that kind of cash in hand. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  12. They are not. My files were frozen before the account was assigned to them. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
